and is the high street and 20,000 employees better of because they did not?
-
Also 200,000 sold at end of Nov. Someone slowly selling their shares without drawing too much attension to it?
-
If true, I am very disappointed. But perhaps the club wil surprise us with an excellent replacement.
-
it would also be good to see the occassional home win.

Would you BOYCOTT? Ways to get rid of Lowe and the board

Against man Utd there should be a walk out at 15 minutes downstairs and return on 30 minutes. Rest of match we can support the team. -

Mike I would like to thank you for all your hard work over ther last two years. Good luck in the new job. Happy for you to start yesterday. -
everybody knows who RL is. He is a visionary, a hero, a leader in our great game. Looking forward to cheerring the team and singing Lowe out

I dont have the money but if I offered to buy 100,000 shares at 10p each would there be any sellers? My point being, given the level of debt and the lack of assets, are the shares really worth anything?

Saints stay up A very rich man buys us Lowe leaves Southampton forever with all pictures of him Skates go down
-
so what is he waiting for? It's not enough that we do our best; sometimes we have to do what's required. Sir Winston Churchill

Good to read that FF is posting again and some really positive ideas on the thread. But who is going to step up and lead us out of the sh*t we are in?

Man Utd is the best match for any demo. The half time queues for the food will be so bad, it will look like a boycott anyway. whatever happens there needs to be an agreed time which is published on here and the other forums. I see the username Michael Wilde logged in the other day -

Any protest at the stadium has to be matched with action elsewhere. Funders - Norwich Union / Barclays. Do we know the names of the relevant Managers? Letters to them pointing out how bad Lowe is managing the club. Suppliers - are they being paid ontime? If not perhaps they can start writing to the Echo about not being paid on time. Shareholders - LC and others need to get together - how big is the anti Lowe shareholding block? How are they going to put more pressure on Lowe? Shareholders - Lowe's supporters - who are they - how firm is their support? What would it take for them to withdraw it? New Board / CEO - LC has to identify credable replacements Investment - someone has to put a reasonable sum on the table. The action needs to be coordinated to acheive not just Lowe out for good but a creditable strategy for the future. -
could we be called Hampshire?
-
always do but it has made no difference unless I missed all the (many) home wins this season.
-
LC needs to make a move before administration. Also we focus on Lowe but we should look at his supporters and work on them. Are they confortable with the current situation?
-
Whilst a big banner is a good idea, I prefer something that involves many people. One large banner can just be put down to the actions of a few. Some form of coodinated action after 15 minutes into the Man Utd match.
-
given that we have only one once at home, its not going to affect performances that much. we should be singing it now
-
Many dictators would have been pleased with that share of the vote Congratulations Dictator Lowe on your overwhelming win
-
Questions to Lowe "Are you pleased with the progress the club has made - on the pitch this season - regarding its financial position" "what does the attendance need to be to breakeven" "after Saturday's shocking performance will we see 20k+ attendances at league matches this season" "when are we next going to win at home"
-
But is he still trying to find a positive future for the club? If not, he might as well sell his shares.
-
Mark Hughes will be available soon. Crystall ball - gets us promoted twice in succession to get us promoted to the premiership before going to his spiritual home at man Utd

"was forbidden" reads like Mike is a naughty child. You cannot take your toys around to Leon's house. If he wants to sell - why does he care who he sells to? Is it just about getting a price which is satisfactory. My guess is that any interested party (if there is any) will wait to administration before making a move.
