I think they are excellent suggestions. I suggest the club should go further - why not give the first 5000 adult season ticket holders a free season ticket to give to a loved one for Xmas. The club needs to fill the ground!

Absolutely correct. Leadership can be found in a Chairman, or manager or high profile player. We have none and too many home defeats. Hence people do not go.
