One thing L1 has done is show us that we have a solid fan base of 20+k and those souls have shown genuine passion and love for their/our club.
Overall L1 was washed away my jaded cynicism and allowed me to fall in love with my club all over again. We have passion and belief both on and off the pitch and that'll do me for now.
No, of course it doesn't.
Nobody who switched to the LDs last year feels betrayed and want him brought to his kness. Nope, no one at all including nobody I'm married to.
Plenty I know, my wife included, voted NO so to damage Clegg.
I voted Yes in the end, not out of any great desire for AV but I saw it as a step towards STV, which is fair IMHO.
I live in Stafford and there are a good few dotted around here, including one just up the road from me.
Cannock Saint (who posts on here) lives the other side of the town and a few more a couple of miles the otherside.
Saw a grey VW Polo parked on Gravel Rd with a Saints sticker on the back on Tuesday. If that's you I'm the fella who drives the red Seat with a SFC plate.
I find it very amusing that the f**k knuckles who said Adkins was useless and we'd never go up are now being shown up to be the clueless pr1ks I've always thought them to be.
Just been over to Walsall but they wouldn't sell me any tickets as I wasn't on their database. Queued up for 15mins as well!
I would expect them to have 1000+
Wolves are re-building the Stan Cullis stand at the end of this season.
I think their final plans are for a ground of around 40k.
That would be more than enough for Saints. Some people are clearly nuts if they think we need a 45k/50k ground.
I'll ask on Sunday as I'm going to the WWFC/WBA derby.
