  1. No it won’t you ****ing dullard.
  2. no chance. They would be crazy not to spend any cash in january unless the owner has specifically said no funds. Imagine the abuse Reed would get at home games sat in the directors box.
  3. Thas the most interesting thing that you have said for months even years. Keep up the good work
  4. Thanks for letting us all know. Can we close this thread no please?
  5. Yeah I agree with this, maybe an old head
  6. Personally in life I’m not a quitter as wont accept relegation until we are Down. I hope the players are in the same camp as me and don’t give up like you seem to have done with 15 games to go and we aren’t even in the bottom 3. Some of our fans are a disgrace. Oh but don’t tell me , you pay your money and can do what you like.
  7. You can’t not expect Watford go for it particularly gambling on the second striker. Needed to weather the early storm. Davis was shocking
  8. Could this be an opportunity to sell my season tickets and get a better view watching the games on Teletext (for older viewers)?
  9. fair enough. Of the names you have heard, any that you would be happy with?
  10. Yes you can do what you like as you pay your money. Get ready to carry on the booing and jeering in the championship as well.
  11. Great post. I was brought up on diet of relegation battles that in the main we survived as the club pulled together and fought to save it. The fans supported the team in its hour of need and by god a roaring crowd sparks drive and passion from the team. the toxic atmosphere directed at individual players is frankly scared and i believe significantly responsible for the grave position we are in. The shouts of abuse, jeering and booing at Forster, Redmond and Tadic is nothing more than a disgrace. Yes they have been poor but should we not be trying to build their co fidence not shatter it completely. You reap what you sow and I can see nothing but a relegation team haunted by the pressure to perform in front of a hostile home crowd. Bring back the days of Dellhurst Park, pulling together and supporting our team including the poor players and helps drive them on. If you can’t bring yourself to cheer and sing and shout your support then at least stay silent and refrain from the negative barracking of our less popular players.
  12. Chelsea seem to be doing well away to a Championship side. The club will do what they feel is right regardless of our thoughts. a win away in the cup to lower league side is always decent. I don’t care to remember the amount if times saints have lost in the cup against lower league sides awayover the years. If he goes great, if he doesn’t then I hope today builds a little confidence. Didn’t watch the game so dot know how bad it was.
  13. More guff from Ralph. I needed to read it twice just to be absolutely sure that there was absolutely no depth or detail to ant question asked. Just white noise imo
  14. I hear this a lot and I did tend to agree but then Austin comes in and has been smashing them in all over the place. Why hasn’t anyone else, is it that they just aren’t good enough?
  15. Why do you think fans other than yourself are easily pleased. Sure it’s nice that the names banded around would undoubtedly improve the team but we (most) of us are more than intelligent enough to realise that judgement will be passed on actual transfer window results.
  16. Long couldn’t out away his kids toys
  17. BAck him. He was given Shyte in Redmond and Tadic. Davis is starting to go down hill. Despite his poor start to his role I can’t see anyone that we could realistically get it that would change things. Give Him some cash for a couple of decent attacking players and I think we can avoid the drop. Reassess in the summer when better options are available.
  18. Don’t be a ****
  19. I guess I’m the only one who thought it was a good result today. I was full expecting us to get beat today when I took my seat this afternoon. A little tongue in cheek maybe, but only a little.
  20. Not sure the managers have ever had much sway on targets to be fair
  21. i keep reading on here that Eric Black is significantly to blame for much that is wrong at saints. Genuinely, why do we think this? im aware that other teams he has coached at have been poor but what evidence is there of this? Im not saying that he isnt a bad influence but not sure where this has come from.
  22. no no i understand what you are saying. Essentially PEH will either get better, maintain that level of performance or get worse depending on a number of ever changing variable factors. In summary we need to play him again to find out?
  23. Agreed, as poor as Everton were today we have played other teams that were also poor and failed to COmfortably win / or have an attacking thread against.
  24. Agree, I think him and Bertrand are developing a decent partnership down the left.
  25. What sort of moron spends 200 million on a football club and then sits there and watches it implode and half in value in 9months. Surely he can’t be sitting on his hands and not preparing to act, can he?
