I couldn't agree more. I really don't think we stand a cat in hells chance with that squad and I'm not convinced that any of our signings so far are anything better than championship quality. It looks like Nigel is building for a future in the Championship, not the Premiership. If we're to stand any chance of staying up we need some experienced premiership players. Starting with 1 or 2 centre backs.

Away kit is cool. Home is just a rip off 80's Liverpool kit for which the club should be ashamed. I'm voting with my wallet on this one as I'm sure many others are. The club will soon see that if they churn out rubbish like that then they won't make as much from kit sales.

I'm pretty concerned. I don't see us surviving with the current crop of players. We desperately need defenders with experience at the highest level.

Ha ha ha ha ha. I know him very well and you couldn't be more wrong. He's a decent lad. I've always enjoyed a good bit of banter with him. Ever since I've known him he's always looked at the negative side of things where as I always have a more optimistic outlook. His view is to look at the worst that could happen and anything above and beyond that is a major bonus. He bets against Saints quite a bit, saying that if they lose at least he gets something to cheer him up and if they win it's worth every penny. I can't imagine that he's made much over the last 2 seasons. lol. In fairness to the lad he predicted Saints would make the FA Cup final after the 4-0 win over Spurs. He also correctly predicted relegation from the premier league before the season had even started and won a substantial amount of money. His view is to look at the worst that could happen and anything above and beyond that is a major bonus.

Just wondered if anybody had seen any odds for us not going up automatically? I've had a look around but couldn't see anything. I don't want to place a bet, I'm just intrigued what the odds would be given our current position etc. Also, has anybody seen any odds for P*mpey to do the great escape and stay up? I wouldn't imagine that anybody is offering odds as 9 pts adrift with 4 games to go is pretty much odds on for relegation.
