  1. I see what you are saying, but everybody is charging silly money for the phone unless you do a 2 year contract. The Tesco deal is still a cracker as they are the only people offering a 12 month contract. Look at it this way. An 18 month deal from O2 will cost you £149 for a 16Gb phone and £35 per month giving 300 mins & unlimited Data & Texts. TOTAL £779 A Tesco deal for 12 months will cost you £320 for a 16Gb phone & £20 per month giving 250 mins & unlimited Data & Texts. TOTAL £560. I realise that the O2 contract is 6 months longer and you get a few more mins per month, but even if you did the Tesco deal and kept it for 18 months rather than 12 it's going to add £120 to the price making it £680 for 18 months. That's still £100 less than the O2 deal. Apple are a bunch or ****s really. They've pretty much fixed the price (which is illegal). It doesn't matter what you do, or where you go, long term it'll end up costing you pretty much the same amount. Over 2 years an i-phone will cost you about a grand.
  2. If you want a 3gs now then it would appear that Tesco mobile have the best deals. They start from £20 a month. Only a 12 month contract whereas the likes of O2 want to tie you in for 18 or 24 months.
  3. Only just logged in. Where's Fonte?
  4. When will people stop posting this rubbish? Celtic havn't appointed a manager yet so they are highly unlikely to be looking at players that a new manager may not want.
  5. Second Row, 2nd from the right is Rocket from Soccer AM.
  6. Tony Adams & That Skate bastard Mickey Quinn both did time for drink driving. Then there's former Saint loanee Jordan Robertson.
  7. Notts County have just been promoted. They will be playing in the same league as us next season. Why would he be looking for a move and why would we want him? Another pointless thread.
  8. Perhaps somebody could upload all the shirts for the competing teams?
  9. BBC says Lambert came on for Lallana on 46mins and that Papa has just replaced Lambert? What's going on? Is Lambert injured or is it just a BBC **** up?
  10. Have you seen how the Swiss dress?
  11. I would have liked the club to have had some mock-ups produced and let the fans have the final decision in the form of a vote. We've done it that way before so why not again? That way it gets the fans involved. We're the people who've supported the club through thick & thin and put our hands in our pockets for tickets and merchandise. What harm would it do to let the fans have a say in how the kit looks in our 125th year.
  12. Ok. It doesn't look anything like our current home shirt. Or the one before that, or the one before that. It's not Blue, Green, Yellow, Brown, Purple, Orange or Pink. That should give you plenty to go on.
  13. That's it. You're gonna be in trouble with the folks at Umbro.
  14. I'm not going to describe anything about it. It was made very clear that I shouldn't describe the shirt and I won't. Personally I'm not sure about it. I think more people will dislike it than like it. However, we've all been in that situation before and grown to like certain kits. I wasn't sure about the current home shirt when it was launched but quite like it now. The away kit is a massive improvement on the current one. Part of me thinks that people may prefer it to the home shirt.
  15. Er, no. That's why my post said 'I had to sign a disclaimer to say that I wouldn't distribute images of it or describe it in detail'.
  16. So do I. Although I had to sign a disclaimer to say I wouldn't distribute images of it or describe it in detail.
  17. So it looks like the club didn't take the green shirt that was on offer then.
  18. As I posted earlier, Umbro presented a load of different shirt styles and colours. I'm not saying that this was chosen, just that it was one option that was being considered. My mate couldn't take a picture of the whole shirt, but he did manage to sneak a photo of the colour. He said the shirt was very plain. All one colour with a Red & Black trim. There's not much to see. And it definitely wasn't a Goalkeepers shirt!
