Why would someone be deliberately targeting all of your items over a number of weeks, bidding a few minutes after someone else and then getting their bid retracted?

Odd then that the process of doing that mysteriously means that when the bid is retracted the higher price stays in place. You know exactly what you are doing don't pretend.

You are a joke mate. For the third time I go to bid and you have another 'buyer' who mysteriously bids a short time afterwards and then has their bid retracted. It's clearly another account of yours and you have been reported to ebay.
