think he comes across well in interviews, builds players up, talked about concerns about dropping youngsters too quickly as it would effect their confidence, the Dyer thing -all seems promising. sit fairly close to dug out and seems to communicate with player well -applauding and positioning etc. The impression looks good, the football looks good -unfortunately the important one -the results needs to come!

interview over a few pages, for those who don't get it feels sorry for fans and himself over sale of AD but we all knew some would have to go there maybe some players not involved with the team who will leave, players like Rudi are international players maybe there is some interest in them and maybe a couple of others The thinking has always to keep those currently involved in first team Lancashire is still not fit enough for first team and Racine is not ready yet as 16 and still learning Morgan and Wotton can cover there for odd gamebut not every week need better header of ball so looking for signing could do with another goal scorer other than John and DMg

no idea what comparative wages or fee if any will be involved but maybe a squad replacement as back up -replacement for likes of Viafara, Wright, II, Licka -who would probably be more expensive options for injury cover / subs bench

I would love these to be our saviours but so far there doesn't seem to be anything to say there is any substance in it -and if there was what sort of funds they will bring - we have had frying pan/fire once, and wary of it again just because someone else fancies a go without serious money in place. will keep watching the thread tho but more pessimistic about takeover than I am about the season!

Mr H, I can't say I like Lowe but what's the alternative? People want him to sell -but no-one wants to buy? Of course buying players can make sense when you are broke, people moan saying we won't be left with anyone -so what do you do? If someone is short of money they often sell a house and buy a cheaper one! makes perfect sense. If Morgan was a Lowe signing (if cos not seen anywhere anything to say he was) then he looks a good one!

Think that is a good point, NP did well at making us more solid and you could say, as we all hoped, that he could go on from there and build his side to do better -which we all hoped (it maybe that last season was playing to his strengths of coming in to sort morale and discipline out but maybe not the best as building a team -who knows). But as you point out there are too many changes anyway -the players were all being sold of/released to save money. - sorry for waffle lost what I was going to say!
