Mike Dean - Can anyone remember him giving us a 50/50 decision ?

Is that I'm a C**t Get Me Out of Here or I'm a Celeb? Wouldn't be right to hope something went wrong going into the jungle or during a BTT would it? -
October 63 v Dirty Leeds. Lost 1 - 4, Leeds promoted that season and cup finalists the following. Beginning of Revie era. Bremner, Collins etc. On my dad’s shoulders on Archers. I was a few weeks off my 6th birthday.

Why not fat, blonde, incompetent, lying Tory cunt? That’s what he is!

Sounds like he could be relayed to that fat racist trout called Anne

Who'd have thought this might be a consequence. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/brexit-exports-dpd-marks-spencer-b1784376.html

There are a few on here who wouldn’t look out of place amongst the Proud Boys

One of the greats. Genuinely! Saw him play for City against us and numerous times for England.

Disagreeing with your view on the world is merely a difference of opinion and very clearly not treasonous in a country which upholds freedom of speech. Talk about trolling! Try this dictionary definition for size. Traitor - a person who gives away or sells secrets of his or her country, or someone who is not loyal to particular beliefs or friends.

Well that's more than double what I've managed although I did manage to tidy up the year on Zwift yesterday and go over 5200km mark. Took average weekly to over 100km/ week plus a little bit more for the leap year day, Only 22 rides outside during entire year; I've certainly got great use out of the Direto. Hope to ride out more this year once know more about wife's heath going forward.

Think I've alluded to the unflushable turd's resemblance to an amphibian on more than one occasion as well.

I know a bit about this as my wife has had more scans than a tin of beans at Tesco's since 28th March. She has an oncology consultant at RBH in Reading, a radiotherapy consultant at Churchill Hospital in Oxford and a cancer surgeon, Alex Mirnezami involved in Southampton they are all part of her MDT. She's rightly in contact with many in a similar situation to her and whilst there are those who are struggling it is apparent that this may not be the case in Berkshire ,Oxfordshire and Hampshire. Every consultation has been followed through with dates and deadlines all of which have been kept. In November she had a CT, MRI and PET scan all in the space of 8 days. Aware that this may not be the case nationwide, but our experience of cancer care during lockdowns has been nothing but positive.

Nah, I'm not into the toad look. Kind like the way I am tbh.

I suspect that people don't like being judged on their musical tastes any more than they like being judged on who they find funny. You know the type of ridicule people would be open to if they admitted to Mrs Brown's Boys and Michael McIntyre for instance. Btw not for me either of those two. So back to the music. Helping my daughter move into her first house on Friday and she had Taylor Swift's Folklore album on. Like VFTTs Miley Cyrus guilty pleasure, I quite enjoyed that.

It happened so quickly with us. She'd been ill for a couple months but in the end she was like a runaway train about to hit the buffers. Waiting for the outcome of the 11 hours of emergency surgery was not great. As I couldn't go in I had a 'next of kin' call which explained things could go either way. Having negotiated that, everything else is as a bonus. You're right about the partner being the listener, she hears nothing of the detail. Amazing the number of times we get home after a consultation and she relates back the blah, blah blah and I have to fill in the important bits

That’s shit too. Despite what we’ve been through at least we’re together for Xmas. There was a morning in March when I woke up not knowing if I’d have a wife by teatime.

Thanks. On the real plus side, none of my wife’s treatment was cancelled due to Covid and the care she’s had has been top notch. She’s been in contact through social media with others having bowel cancer, and scarily quite a few are no longer with us because of interruptions to their treatment.

Gutted for my wife. 10 months with cancer, not seen her mum since before diagnosis. Was coming down from Stourbridge but now we’re in Tier 4 not possible. MiL has been self isolating in preparation as wife is still undergoing treatment and as such is ECV. Fuck 2020

That was my impression, then I came across this which kind of debunks the myth. Not sure if its different in FE though. https://michaelt1979.wordpress.com/2020/06/12/are-teachers-paid-for-the-holidays/

Not all. Making the point that views are valid, that it doesn't have to be about truth or fact as long as both sides of an argument are presented equably. Being able to do that, particularly when you hold an opinion on a subject is what we have to do as teachers. I now have my own business working as a consultant teacher in three schools in both public and private sector. In two of them part of my brief is the redesign of A Level programmes of study and within that making sure that there is balance in what is delivered especially where issues of contention imprint on the geography specifications. I have a view on climate change it may well be the complete opposite of yours but I park it when teaching. Could you or GM do the same in similar circumstances?

https://www.universetoday.com/39012/milankovitch-cycle/#:~:text=A Milankovitch cycle is a,%2C axial tilt%2C and precession. Just to confirm, in all GCSE Geography specifications this is taught as part of the unit on climate change. So climate change since the year dot is considered. At A Level its linked to carbon and water cycles. It is entirely possible that a student at A Level could conjure an anti-man-made climate change argument if they so wished and receive just as much credit for doing so as someone writing an opposite view. The idea that a particular view is rammed down the throats of young people is the sort of wholly inaccurate tripe that the right wing gutter press use to enrage their readers. Trust me there is no 'lefty' conspiracy in this as, at the time it was Gove and Cummings at the DfE who brought about the changes. So on their watch be it. It is more likely that particular views on climate change amongst young people are circulated through trending on social media rather than 'Woke' indoctrination by teachers. Unless you are practicing teachers and have first hand knowledge of this sort of bias, may I suggest your views on this are merely uninformed supposition.

Do you reckon it would piss him off knowing that I have to teach about climate change to teenagers? Its also the bit at GCSE and A level that the kids are most interested in. Their futures not ours and not GMs. Maybe he can complain he can complain to the Daily Mail, get a bit more outrage going
