Need some guidance here given recent revelations. Am I supposed to hate Mo Farah now in populist Tory Britain? -

Or Diane Abbott -
WVA just fantatstic. Brilliant ride ride in the break by Fred Wright. Presume combativity award for him, so on podium. So many interesting stages in this years TdF apart from Denmark which was boring as fuck.

One of my late wife's more spontaneous pandemic purchases was an inflatable hot tub, in her words 'to get her through chemo'. When I put it up last year I happened to mention that it was not inflating properly, whereupon she immediately ordered another one, so I've got two of the things in the garage as of course there was nothing wrong with the first one.

Perhaps Johnson could appoint the grand old nonce of York as his new ethics advisor. -
Effectively yes. Christian Nationalism gone berserk. From what I've read it's rooted back with the christian right (mainly from South/ Mid-West) looking for a single issue bandwagon to jump on and is relatively recent. The initial cause was around school segregation which didn't have the legs. It's worth pointing out that in Islam Sharia Law permits abortion for up to 120 days in the case of nonviable pregnancies and where the life of a mother is at risk. Certainly not an advocate of the latter but it puts the overturning of Roe v Wade in perspective when considering how critically backward that law code looks to our western non-Muslim eyes. Also add in the following: No universal, health or childcare. No paid leave for family or medical reasons and one of the highest rates of maternal mortality among higher income countries. Land of the free! Home of the right royally f*****! Its what happens when you let libertarians run amok.

Harry was at the Dell reporting for the Beeb on 26th October 1996. As QoS would say. What happened next?

British public to Boris Johnson. Fuck off! -
Indeed. He was seriously involved in getting Ossie sent off at the away game at Blackburn in the promotion season. The dogs abuse he got at The Dell later on in the season was brilliant, and stayed with him in his Everton days. Oh, in answer to thread, I forgot about Adrian Heath

Only ever really hated one player. Pre-Prem initials JB. The older ones will know who it is.

Would have been England skipper in 1966, perhaps. The one footballer my late wife knew about as her dad took her to see a statue of him in Dudley when she was a kid.

Sounded like he was trying to pin the blame on Harold Wilson at one point. What cunts these people are.

A society where celebrity is everything. I sometimes wonder whether political voting has been undermined by IACGMOOH, Love Island, X Factor et al.

OK, guilty of treason then. -
As much chance of signing him as signing Timo Werner, which if I remember wafted on to this discussion yesterday

That's about the sum of it. Also 40 odd beers to choose from and a recently a cider. Out in a craft brewery place in Wokingham recently and paid £11.80 for two pints, so around £3 a pint if you don't send the kegs back seems pretty decent to me.

I was kind of thinking of Matt Oakley around 2004/5 but that would be doing MO a grave injustice. -
Indeed, careless of me only seeing it through a fans eyes only. From a fan point of view though it will not be the end of the world.
