The biggest difference for me was Fraser coming on. For the goal, he hasn’t farted around with it trying to beat his man multiple times, ala sulemana, he just dropped his shoulder, shifts it and puts an excellent cross into the danger area. With Ross Stewart hopefully now our focal point and even Adams, the more of that type of tactic with the forwards knowing when the ball is coming into the box, should give them a chance to attack the ball instead of standing around waiting for sulemana to do his thing then have the ball recycled. For me, sulemana is by far the more skilful player but Fraser is far more effective.

All this tippy-tappy football, recycling of the ball, get to the by-line and 2 passes later it’s at our keepers feet, it’s fuckin boring football and easy to defend against. Maybe JWP is part of the problem? When was the last time you saw him slide a defence splitting pass? If you wanna play keep ball in injury time when you’re 1 up then yeah, he’s your man. KWP is another guilty of this, goes backwards and sideways enabling the defender to turn around and reorganise. Edozie is also being turned into the same. If this fella grimes can ping passes 40yds out to our pacey wingers, I say happy days. Would be nice to see a defender turned round running towards his own goal for a change.

I tend to agree. Other than the goal which was a lovely piece of individual skill, we’ve not really created many clear cut chances. The passing is easy on the eye but the opposition have plenty of time to organise.

These lads don’t seem too unhappy….
