Taken early retirement (I'm still early fifties) work part time in supermarket just so the mortgage company don't repossess my house. Soon as that's paid off, I'll retire full time.

Just being inquisitive, but for ST holders, are they using paper ticketsor are they using the swipe cards?

Where do the medicals usually take place. Isn' t it time for you people with nurses outfits to sneak down there and give us an update when he arrives.

Your worst away day from our time in the wilderness

I'm another one who rates Wycombe as the worst. Cold wet miserable, pitch boggy, lumpy, having just had a rugby match played on it. Two teams who only half tried. Then stuck in the car park for over an hour afterwards. Truly horrendous. Hull 5-0 was bad, but at least I made a weekend of that one by attending a car show 1/2 way back on the Sunday and picked up a few spares. -
Assuming all is now settled, I think I heard that personal terms have been agreed and all that remains is the medical. This will be done over here, so we just need our 'informers' to let us know when he turns up. Anyone out there with a stethoscope or nurses outfit to loiter around private hospitals.

Lives near me. Has been attending regularly for years with his boys. I would suggest that tickets are for himself and them. I would also suggest that when you start a thread like this you put a big smiley thingey in it so people know you are not being serious. It so hard to tell a laugh from a laughing stock otherwise.

I seem to remember someone saying that PFC had sold about 1000 'lifetime' season tickets. If so, does this years 4500 season ticket holders include this lot. Whatever happens they still have 1000 or so people at every match who wont pay to be there. This could potentially also have the effect of reducing match day income from ST by about £15000.

£50 for me and the Mrs LS. Sorry way too dear.

I'm a Republican and I'm working.

Dont know what the problem is. Every year I know from March onward I need to pay for Mrs LS and my own season ticket. It is no shock and no surprise, it happens at roughly this time every year giving me time to save. In fact last year and this I have had longer than in the past to save for it. As for amount. We can all guess at a price, say, £30 x 19 = £570. So if you guess at that and it is less your happy. If more it wont be much more, if any I'm guessing.

Last of my three posts of the day. Was only going to Boro if I HAD to go to Leeds saturday morning due to the expense. Well I didn't HAVE to go to Leeds in the end. However Mrs LS said that we would be going to Boro after all, we would treat it as our wedding anniversary present to each other. Now I know why I married her. Our actual anniversary is 28th the date of the Coventry match. Am I going to get 2 memorable footy related presents, I hope so.

Thanks for above, hopefully see you all there.

I take it there will be tickets on the gate. Was never intending to go, being married with mortgage, kids etc etc. However, long involved story, but Saturday morning I may have to be in Leeds. Which is only about 65 miles away. If I do its just a short trip to Boro. Wont know till later today, so will be bit of last minute thing.

There were more than 5800 Saints fans. Mrs LS and I were sat in the 'Home Fans' and i know we weren't the only Saints fans in Home seats.
-
Sat opposite you lot today in the main stand. Wife threathened me to keep quiet. Must say from across the other side of the ground you outsang the home support easily. In fact heard a couple of favourable remarks from home fans re quality of our support. Well done you lot.

NO. Never embarrassed to support Saints. What is there to be embarrassed about.
