Encouraging stats away at the league leaders with half the defence missing.
Feels like the squad is maybe deeper than we thought.
We haven't seen Hooiveld yet this season. He may well have improved a lot since last season, going by how much other players have improved. (Fonte the obvious example)
Makes it more difficult, but our pressing game means we defend as a team now. Waynyama will take some pressure off the defence. Still not counting us out of this one.
So, possibly, Eccleston is pushed out to 10, Tennant to 11, Smith to 12…
All of a sudden I'm noticing the slight passing resemblance between the Valeyard and Capaldi, and wondering if that grand unveiling of the next Doctor was misdirection.
Predictable.
