So the court case DID start at 3pm then.
-
This is so much better than most of the crud that's on TV these days.

This court case isn't anything to do with the creditors or the club per se though, it's all about whether the administrator is allowed to sell the ground for what the PST are offering. That's the reason the offer for just the ground could be so damaging to the PST.
-
Sweepstake time! There might be much wailing and gnashing of teeth about Harris being a Chanrai puppet, but unless they can prove that, I don't think the judge will ignore his offer, so I reckon the court case will go against the PST.
-
That's a very good summary of the state of play going into tomorrow's court case.
-
aaaaand 1-0 down half a minute into the second half...
-
To be fair to him, it was a new thread he'd started that I merged in, so he probably hadn't read this thread. I don't want Phil Neville anywhere near our club myself.
-
Lineker is ok as the anchor, but it's ridiculous that they're still using pundits that never played in the Premier League era. Football has moved on, Gary Neville is the best evidence that it's worth bringing someone new in.

Another vote for Schneiderlin and Shaw.

When winning at half time, our record of getting at least the draw goes back about 50 games now.
-
Don't see that as a good thing for Pompey. If the ruling goes against Chanrai, the judge's previous poor judgement might convince the courts to give the right of appeal, the time for that would kill the club.
-
It's the Saintsweb version of Godwin's Law.

Stepping back from the rivalry for a moment, hats off to this guy. That's impressive. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-hampshire-22057337

We're not even available with the bookies that are offering a 'to escape relegation' market.

I'd like to see Adkins pick Ben Reeves up on loan for next season from us for Reading. (Maybe a few other youth players as well?) It'd do him good to play a season in the Championship, Adkins knows him, and it'd be good for us for him to be playing in a team using Adkins style of play. It'd let us see if he's good enough yet as well.
-
I usually think of a good goal difference as being worth half a point. Really can't see both Sunderland AND Wigan getting seven more points than us. Time to look at aiming for top half!
-
Don't think he was intentionally trying to kick him in the head, but the ref had no choice there.
-
Rode our luck a bit early on, with ALF's shocking miss and the penalty shout, J Rod's goal turned it. Few close calls went (correctly) our way, but we were comfortable once we got in front and started playing it about. Boruc really is mad Finally feels like we're safe, one more point would seal it I reckon.

Adkins or Pochetinno; if we could choose today
Jimmy_D replied to Miltonroader07's topic in The Saints
Ok, let me put it this way, if he was sacked for results reasons, my opinion is that expectations were too high for a team and manager that still had League 1 players, and had achieved back to back promotions to arrive in the Prem two years ahead of schedule. -

Didn't (and still don't) agree that Adkins deserved to be sacked, but it more that we wanted to bring in Tino than get rid of Adkins, and there's no question that we've been better under Tino so far. -
That was just AVB being (probably overly) optimistic in the post match interview. His scan isn't even until today, and they won't have a clue until that happens. The angle and speed at which his foot twisted... I hope he's right, regardless of it meaning we'd have to face him, but like I said, I'd be surprised.
-
Aye, looked terrible :/ I'd be surprised if he plays again this season.

Even funnier is how far out QPR's position is according to his predictions.
