  1. Would be very surprised if you didn't get one. Reckon there's probably only around 800 or so who qualify with either Midtjylland or 12 aways, and not everyone's going to be able (or willing) to go to Israel at a month's notice.
  2. They're already committing to one-day sales intervals, no reason to suggest that'll change. It could get down to general sale within a week, I don't see how that's unreasonable.
  3. You'd like to think that the ticket office will be quite proactive on this and pester Inter for more tickets if the demand looks like being there - the blocks below the away end will almost certainly be closed for the game, so it's not like we'd be taking seats away from locals. That said, for all the "we'll take 10k there" bravado I've seen from many, there are only so many flights into Italy on the days leading up to the game, and the cost of getting and staying there will rise from now on. 5k might end up being enough to satisfy demand (and make no mistake, that's still a ****ing good turnout in another country - England don't take that many to away qualifiers these days), especially if people who think they might miss out plan ahead and get tickets in other parts of the ground.
  4. The problem with the Vitesse game is that I reckon barely half of that away end was populated by the people who actually qualified for the tickets in the first place, so the numbers the club have are just completely unreliable. At least with Midtjylland, because everyone had to collect in person, they know who was actually there.
  5. And then risk people like you complaining when season ticket holders with no aways surprisingly snap up all the tickets? Why would they want that hassle and negative PR? I'm sure that after the first few days, the qualifying number of aways will drop by steeper numbers, i.e. down from 12 to 10, then maybe to 7, then 3, then 1, then anyone.
  6. Yeah, I'll be amazed if anyone books up for that, unless of course it enables those who might not otherwise qualify for a ticket to jump the queue... the article on the OS doesn't specify whether there is qualifying criteria for that.
  7. I'm staying just around the corner from Porta Ticinese, which seems to be pretty central. Loads of restaurants and bars around that area, by the look of it.

  12. Would imagine half the teams who played last night will be in the same boat, tbf.
  13. Good to see Pompey doing their bit for #BTeamBoycott by getting out of the competition as quickly as possible
  14. Still can't believe the FA impose a minimum admission fee, should be for the clubs to decide themselves. If the away team objects because of their share of the revenue, then someone mediates. Ridiculous situation.
  15. Except that's not the way it works.
  16. I think season ticket holder seats are reserved until tomorrow, so they wouldn't show as available to members yet whether they've been sold or not. That said, I'd expect most people to take up the option, it's good value.
  17. James Horncastle on BT Sport made an interesting point earlier this evening when talking about Inter that, having spent an absolute fortune this summer (including their signing of Joao Mario for nearly €40m this week) and not sold anyone of note, they might not even be able to register all of their signings for their Europa League squad because of UEFA FFP regulations, so we might end up playing a below-strength opponent anyway. Not quite sure of the logic there, would have thought any FFP punishment would take place next season rather than immediately. Edit: he's just clarified this on Twitter. As Inter had previously been sanctioned by UEFA for FFP breaches, they are under a squad restriction this season. There was some sort of voluntary agreement in 2015 (presumably similar to that struck by Manchester City and PSG at the same time) which would be acceptable to UEFA on the understanding that overall losses could be no more than €30m, and that from their last Europa League squad, players that have left the club can only be replaced in their squad by players whose purchases are covered by the sale of the players they're replacing - essentially, it's possible that Joao Mario can only play in the Europa League if Inter sell a player for a similar fee.
  18. Not many. That'll be the hardest one to get tickets for because the demand will also be high. Israel will be a relatively small allocation but I'd assume also less popular for many reasons.
  19. I think Sport Options ran a trip last year, would expect they'll do one for Milan and Prague at least, not sure it'll be cost-effective for the club AND external companies to all do trips for Be'er Sheva.
  20. Can do £450 return with easyJet from Luton, but the times weren't quite as handy for me. Guessing official trip prices of around £650.
  21. A colleague chose the ****ing perfect moment to come over for a project chat Ended up having to pay £140 for the Milan flight, Prague was less than £100 though with BA. Tel Aviv, though, ****ing hell. Would have been fine had that been the last game, could have got a decent price, but north of £500 for flights that didn't involve an overnight layover
  22. Unsure - having a scan today, I believe.
  23. Can you make that graphic any bigger?
