  1. Deffo no season ticket for me next year unless they're gone. Will struggle with not oging at all but without the St I guess that other things will crop up and I won't go to many. for example, if I had the choice of SMS or and Englland Rugby international on the telly, rugby wins
  2. Jimmy Case.... easy!
  3. ---------------Davis James-------Size----------Perry-------Skacel Gillett------Euell----------Wotton------Surman -----------Saganowski----McGoldrick Subs: Paterson, Liptak, Schneiderlin, Bart, lallana
  4. We need to win at least 5 games to have a chance. maybe 5 wins and 7 draws (and only 3 defeats) from the last 15 games. IMO we had to win one of the two home games last week and we didn't so I think it's goodbye...
  5. Impossible to predict as there are too many "maybes" involved. Personally, I can't see him remaining if we go down.. even his cabal of shareholders would have to question their sanity to back him any longer. We may go into admin which would weaken his position further as I can;t see an administrator thinking he's the best option to run the club. Bates got away with this at Leeds as a vast vast majority of the damage was done by Ridsdale... Lowe is never going to be able to convince an Administrator that the damage was done by Crouch in his 5 months.
  6. England, that's it.... and I watch more Hampshire Cricket in the summer. Take Saints out and I actually don't like football much. I can never sit through 90 mins of 2 other teams on the TV and I don't watch Match of the Day any more. The game is ****ed due to the money disparity involved and the set up of the Premier League.
  7. If we go into admin, can I offer 10p in the £1... so about £32 for a season ticket.... I miss all midweek games due to work so it's gonna have to be very cheap to make it worth my while. If Lowe is gone for good than I will renew, whatever price, whatever division.
  8. He's been poor the last 2 games which I'll forgive him for as he's been excellent for the other 25 odd. McGoldrick on the other hand has been the other way round percentage wise. I think he'll be disappointed with the last 3 goals he's conceded. His head must be all over the place though.... his contract is running out, if we go down he'll be on a free, if we stay up he still might be on a free, he's been made club captain bizarrely and the team is shiite. Maybe he's getting weighed down with the responsibility of it all.
  9. I'll answer it.. Wotte. Poortvliet was as bad, if not worse than Wigley. Wotte has a lot more about him. We're still ****ed mind...
  10. Just seen your U-turn.... fair play. Are you Michael Wilde !!!!
  11. I seriously think that you're either a) on a wind up b) someone who doesn't go to any games c) a person who should go watch another sport as you have no idea about football. OK, he was partially at fault for the winner (no more than Davis mind) and other than that he was our best defender, also, our man most comfortable on the ball and he got in a few headers in their box. In short, you're talking out of your arse...
  12. Davis 5 - Flappity flap flap flap James 5 - Where the **** was he for the 1st goal, decent going forward Surman 6 - Worked hit nustoff, LB his best position ? Saeijs 8 - Very good footballer, shame he'll be leavng. great game Perry 7 - Solid Lallana 4 - Peripheral, better than saturday. Wotton 6 - Did his job, hoofed a bit too much Gillett 6 - Did well 1st half until sacrificed. McLaggon 3 - did nothing really. McGoldrick 3 - p!ss poor again, at least had a couple of shots. Saganowski 6 - Should have scored 1st half but generally decent ----------- BWP 4 - The odd glimpse of a footballer but I gave up on him long ago. Euell 7 - Has to start every game from now until end of season.
  13. Village Inn in Park Gate, near Swanwick Station... decent play area inside... or was a year ago, last time I went there.
  14. Davis 4 - Transported in time back 2 years to when he was awful. The 2nd goal is a nightmare. I feel he should have held it and if not, then you shove it wide, not straight. He's been very good this season but had a poor game. James 5 - Suffered due to the sending off when Gillett didn't cover him any more. kept on getting skinned. stuck to it though but no threat going forward.:smt009 Molyneux 4 - Brainless sending off, totally deserved. Played ok up til that point.#-o Saeijs 7 - Won the physical battle with Scotland which was tough going. Looks an excellent signing. Perry 7 - Another good game. Gillett 6 - He played really well for 70 minutes but in common with lots of times I've seen him, he isn't fit enough to play 90 mins. For the last 20 he was dreadful and gave it away every time due to tiredness.:vom: Lallana 3 - forgot he was there.:smt102 Wotton 8 - We need him, simple as. Evrey team needs a bastard in the middle of the park who wins tacles and headers and plays it simple. As long as he keeps it simple, he's an asset. great game.:axe: Surman 6 - Much better on the left than in the middle and put in a decent shift at left back. McGoldrick 1 - Had a "Bradley". Didn't control anything, didn;t anticipate anything, didn;t win a single physical challenge. Let his head go down and in all truth could have been subbed after half an hour. Rubbish.:toimonster: Saganowski 8 - Gave me a ****ing heart attack over the 1st goal but is teaching Lowe the meaning of 'false economy' with every goal he scores.:prayer: ============= Euell 7 - Made a big difference when he came on and should start the next game in place of either Lallana, McGoldrick or Molyneux. McLaggon 6 - Looked good in flashes but should have come on sooner to add some pace. Wotte 8 - Impressed to be honest. the narrow 3 in midfield was workign fine and he obviously has instilled a bit of bite in the team. Maybe should have brought McLaggon or Euell on for McGoldrick much earlier. Miles better than the ass Poortvliet anyhow. I feel we have a bit of a chance now.
  15. Corporate ****ing shiit. Some (me) would argue that the day football clubs started ramping up the corporate hospitality was when it all started going to shiit. :butthead:
  16. I would rather play Lallana in a ****ing blindfold than play BWP on the right of midfield. I see your point about him but if instructed properly and made aware of his role, he'd be fine. The JP ****y formation didn;t require the wingers to track back (evidently) which is one of the main reasons it was shiit
  17. --------------Davis------------ James-----Saeijs-----Perry----Skacel Lallana----Wotton----Schneiderlin-----Surman ----------Saganowski--McGoldrick Subs: McLaggon, Bialkowski, Lancashire, Euell, Gillett Nowhere near it: BWP Davis - no brainer James - is all we have Saeijs and Perry are our only 2 CB's who are not Lancashire Skacel - I would like him in CM with Wotton but you build from the back and he's our best LB Lallana - but he has to stay on the wing and cover the full back. If he doesn't, get McLaggon on Wotton and Schneiderlin - Wotton to kick everything and Schneiderlin to get forward, not ponce about on the edge of his own box contributing nothing.Schneiderlin over Euell simply because Euell and Wotton wouldn't retain possession. Surman - he's crap in CM and you don;t need as much pace ont he wings when you have 2 strikers. Saga - no brainer, our best striker by a mile McG - just ahead of Euell. Euell against more physical teams.
  18. Surman at left mid, Skacel at left back. Holmes won't be missed, very poor IMO.
  19. Itchen bridge over Troubled Wotte.... Sorry, **** poor
  20. Wotte Load of B0ll0cks Wotte's the Point Wotte Happened Next Wotte's it like in League 1
  21. Lowe doesn't want to be seen as firing another manager so he got Wilde to do it. This is the only reason Wilde has spoken IMO. If Lowe speaks up about JP leaving then it's obvious (as if it isn't anyway) that Wilde does sweet f.all and Lowe does everything.
  22. The reasons given for Pearson leaving were of course pure B U L L S H I T !!! (as are the reasons given for Jan leaving, Sturrock leaving, WGS leaving etc etc) It wasn't.... because Pearson didn't work with youth because Pearson was too expensive (did they offer him a contract on reduced money ? No) It was because he was not appointed by Lowe because Lowe wanted to dazzle the world with his Dutch dream. How I miss Scooby with his Bootboy vs The Golden Duo stuff...
  23. Actually thinking about it... it's a Wigleyesque, Dodd and Gormanesque appointment. Promote from within - proabably waste another 5 games and then get in a proper manager as a last throw...
