People will speak of knee jerk reactions and meltdown. But what can you really say to 5 straight defeats and tough games coming up? 10 straight defeats not beyond the realms of possibility!

Even the most optimistic fan can't see many wins in the upcoming 4-5 games. With Everton next and we are up against Chelsea, Arsenal and Man Utd by this time next month. Can't see where the next win, or the next goal is coming from.

Momentum just not in our direction at the moment. As with most games recently, when we go behind it's pretty much over from that point.

Players like Isgrove and Mayuka would struggle to get into the Sheff Utd side. This is how limited our squad depth is.

I don't know how we've become so poor. Staring a 5 defeats in a row.

We seem to have lost a lot of belief recently. It shows today, not much coming off and barely a chance on their goal.

Very lacklustre so far. Shane Long seems to perform the same at whatever level .. ie. gives the ball away almost every time.

Time to change our approach. Pelle alone up front not producing goals.

I thought he looked decent on his first appearance. Certainly not overawed by the situation. Just surprised he replaced Tadic and not Mane when he came on!

We just don't get what our effort deserves. We did well in the last 3 games for the most part but ended up losing them all. That's the difference though right; these other teams have the world class / player / spark that makes the difference in these kinds of games.

We lack attacking edge now. Goal looking unlikely ..

Forster should have saved it. Simple as that. A bad mistake from him there. But we should already be out of sight.

Predictable winner from Utd.

Utd have been so poor we should have ended this match already. But for as long as it stays 1-1 you can see a last minute winner from Rooney or the like. We have not taken our chances and it could cost us dearly. Time for Mane to come off... oh he's taken off Tadic!

The 3 games were always going to be a true test of our credentials. Still work to be done it seems! We keep good possession but seem to lack options up front and the final ball again. Step in JRod?
