Doubt he’d sign for us if we’re the championship. Harwood-Bellis also going to be a big miss
-
What about Juan Larios? Any updates now he's back in training?
-
I thought Viktor Johansson of Rotherham looked very good both times we played them. We would've destroyed them both times without some of his excellent saves. Dread to think how many points they'd be on without him in goal, and surely there'll be teams in the division looking to buy him in the summer. I guess with Bazunu is that he (should've been) brought in as a future star, but still pretty raw in a few areas / prone to a monumental mistake. That is often due to our suicidal style football tapping around our own 6 yard box when teams are pressing us...! I feel he's been badly managed and should've come in alongside a more experienced pro at number 1, but we are where we are...
-
He was pretty good in his first few performances, and that seemed to get coached out of him. I think even Adam Armstrong scored a great goal on his debut, and then became fairly hopeless.
-
I think we've probably rectified some of it this season, but doesn't sound great. Orsic and Onuachu complete wastes of money. For comparison, presumably Leeds having made a loss on transfers the last 3 seasons is pretty bad too - £59m loss (21/22), £37m loss (22/23) and £2m loss this season.
-
Bit generous to Stephens, who I'd give a 6. Positionally lost at full back, and a noticeable drop in quality at centre back compared to Bednarek or Harwood-Bellis when played there. Smallbone 6.5/ 7 (mostly as very weak at the start of the season) and Stuart Armstrong 7.5 as he's had some great games and some not as good. AA 8 but hasn't been great for 3/4/5 matches now unfortunately.
-
Wasnt he consistently injured over the past few years with Leicester?
-
Does he go where no ordinary rabbit would dare?
-
Very short term by the sounds of it: The registration of midfielder Adeteye Gbadahan has been rejected by the relevant football authorities and due to this the 19-year-old will return now return to the United States. We'd like to thank Adeteye for his professionalism during his short-time with us and wish him the best of luck for the future.

What did they bid? Their record ever signing cost 3 million Euros! 🤣

Can’t get anything as yet - only up when the match starts?

Any streams other than the Sport 10 one please? Gone down and can’t get it working again

Little update on the loan players following Holmes and Watsons update a couple of months back. Perraud - Nice (FR) - has yet to start a league game but been subbed on 10 times for a total of 135 mins game time. Nice sit second in Ligue 1. Onuachu - Trabzonspor (Tur) - scored 8 in 12 games for Trabzonspor, sitting in 4th. Lyanco - Al Gharafa (QAT)- 3 appearances for Al-Gharafa, although he's picked up a red card in there. Currently injured. Al-Gharafa in second spot. Bella-Kotchap - PSV (NL) - 3 starts for PSV who are top, although he's picked up an injury. Lis - Goztepe (Tur) - 15 appearances and 10 clean sheets. Goztepe are third. Caleta-Car - Lyon (FR) - 8 starts for Lyon who have recently started to win a couple of games and sit 16th. Ballard - Reading - Scored 3 goals in 10 for Ruben Selles' Reading, before being cruelly injured for the season. Reading are second bottom. Finnigan - Shrewsbury - 1 appearance for Shrewsbury, before suffering a long term injury. Payne - Newport - 15 appearances for League 2 Newport, with around half of them starts. Currently 17th in League Two. Small - St Mirren - 4 appearances for St Mirren, starting last 2 matches on the right side of midfield. Lawrence - Colchester - Started his first 4 games for Colchester, unfortunately injured since September.

Awe only on the bench? I thought he was very highly rated but admit to not having watched the u21's much this year. Guessing no chance of him being in squad tomorrow?
-
Difficult to look that good in 5 mins!
-
If we lose Adams we definitely need a striker more than anything. Finishing off teams has been our biggest issue of late. Imagine selling Adams and then Armstrong getting injured? We'd have only Mara (if he even sticks around) and then Alcaraz playing out of position up there (I'm not including Stewart as it's left to be seen when he'll actually return).
-
I think Charles and Edozie are unlucky not to be in there. Smallbone very lucky to keep being selected, although was ok in the last match I guess. Sulemana for a goal or assist, and at least one booking for a player hacking him down
-
Yeah, my comment on Stewart is more in response to people saying 'he'll be on the bench for Hull' when that was a month ago it was stated as the aim, and nothings been heard from since. Thing with Mara is that he's a decent player but his style doesn't really seem to suit us that well. He's got talent but we've only seen flashes of it, and think his confidence is shot.
-
Stewart wasn't in the training vids, so probably won't be on the bench this weekend. Lots of focus on Mara, who looked pretty decent in training... Let's see if he can translate that into a match environment.
-
He played for the under 23s I think
-
I was thinking he may be started through the middle with Alcaraz (in and out of the team anyway) possibly rested after a long journey.
-
Edozie and Sulemana have got to be the starting two really. Now he'll probably play Fraser and Aribo or something...! Still waiting for Fraser to start ripping it up...
-
Fair play to him, although a good game against Mozambique doesn't tell us much...! Hopefully comes back full of confidence.
-
That was a strange one as he did look good, and has quickly gone onto prove that he is a decent player, certainly better than most (any?) other centre back we've had coming through since.
