The only reason the Americans went there in the first place was to show the world how clever they were, how much more advanced they were, and to show off to the rest of the world. They're still doing it but in other ways. The reason nobody's been back is that everyone knows its just a big lump of rock and there's no reason to. It might have been 40 years ago but we are really not that more advanced in relevant technologies than we were then. So we go to the moon again, where to after that? Mars? - maybe but a 2-year round trip to find another slightly more interesting lump of rock. After that? - nowhere. There is nowhere else to go that is remotely within the range of current technologies - or I suspect EVER within the range of any technology, and everyone knows it. So the era of manned space flight is probably over - this ain't Star Trek.

I'm sorry to say it but Saints are still playing like they were last season - lots of tippy-tappy pretty little triangles which get absolutely nowhere, or just a big lump up the middle hoping that Lambert or Papa get on the end of it. Even if the do they're isolated. Bristol Rovers broke out of defence fast and with skill. That's how Pardew ought to get us playing - as far as I can see he's not changed much.

Do not play: Lallana, Paterson, Mills, Schneiderlin, James, Thomson, Mellis or Lancashire. Do not continue the mistakes of last season (ie play the kids) These players have forgotten how to win - they are SCARED Play the seasoned professionals, just like other teams in League do - we may just survive.

Its looking like those lost 3 points could come back to haunt us come the end of the season.
