Always going to be the difference between us and the big boys. They can play badly (by their standards) but still have those world class players who can still get them points. Wecan never agfford those sort of players so need to be at our best all the time.

I have no doubt morgan will leave in the summer but we would be mad to let himgo in jan, 20 million is low considering how much Lallana went for (Morgan being a far better player) and he wants regular CL fotball and trophies so why would he go to spurs? It's called squad rotation no one would bat an eyelid if one of the big boys rested a player or two. Would people rather a tired, carrying niggly injuries, mental not at the races Tadic on the pitch playing at 50% effort game after game for the rest of the season or would it be better to give him a bit of a rest for a couple of games so he can come back the player he was earlier this season. Our squad is small (I believe the smallest in the PL) the strain on our players is greater especially those who have come from some of the smaller European leagues, to play their first season in the PL, or those who are internationals. Hopefully the club are working on increasing our squad depth this Jan and again next summer.

Yes but this thread isn't about most loyal servant of the club but most honourable player (WTF that means) I don't think anyone involved in dodgy betting could be considered honourable.
