  1. If he didn't care about how he is perceived why did he botherwith that ad in the Echo??
  2. I see... So in other words despite your thread earlier today.... We are not allowed to suggest that Lallana will not be first name on the Liverpool team sheet. Anyone who does that is "spouting c rap" But it is absolutely fine to say that Ricky is not up to Liverpool's standard. We can slag him as much as we like. Goes against your earlier thread I would suggest.
  3. I dom't think that anyone disputes that Lallana or Shaw are good enough for us. Does that mean that we are allowed to doubt they will make impacts at their new clubs or is it one rule for you and one rule for everybody else?
  4. Hang on. Are you the same Batman who started a thread moaning that players are written off as soon as they leave? Now, a few hours later, according to you Lambert ain't much cop. Why don't you make your mind up. Now apparentlt
  5. Couldn't agree more.
  6. No, no. You are being so unfair. Liverpool have doubled his money. Wouldn't you move job if you could double your money?? I mean, he only had £50k a week to live on. At least £2.5 million guaranteed each year for the next 4 years. How can you possibly live in Southampton on that pittance?? Isn't it worth going from hero in Southampton with a settled life, marvellous house and life style for the rest of your life to being a Scouse scumbag hiding in the shadows when flying off on holiday if you can double your money ??? Even if you are already far richer than the vast majority of people. The poor lad is clearly greedy, naive and possibly a bit simple. I think he has made a decision that he will regret for the rest of his life.
  7. If we are moving out of the 2007 - 2009 period then my worst away trip has to be at MK Dons in September 2010. It was Adkins first match in charge, Ricky had scored a classy hat trick at the same place 6 months earlier and expectations were high. Instead all we got was a dire display from basically the same team who got promoted later that season. We were "thrashed" 2 0 and the future looked bleak. MP John Denham sat next to usthat night and he was in despair as well at the end. Lessthan 4years ago but it seems like a different world.
  8. That was my low point. I came home that night really wondering why I bothered.
  9. Even a third in English / history would know the difference between "hole" and "whole".
  10. What a tossa. How long before he starts kissing the Liverpool badge ?? I wonder whether fundamentally he isn't just greedy but also a bit simple. I can see Scouseland making mincemeat out of him.
  11. He is very reminiscent of Bazza Sanchez. Starting consistently negative threads. Spending ages down the laundrette with his bed linen. etc etc With a bit of luck he will go the same way as Bazza soon. I intend to put him on ignore.
  12. Brilliant summing up of the scouse mentality.
  13. A bit of a coincidence is that Saint Charlie went all negative about the same time as Mr Sanchez was banned. You don't think that Charlie is related to good ole'Bazza do you?
  14. Priceless!! How old are you? You lose a debate on the lallana thread and you cannot let it go. My son used to be like that. The good news for you is that when he reached 11 years old he matured and could let things go. Perhaps there is hope for you in the future.
  15. An own goal from Rickie is probably the least that he owes us. He can start his Liverpool career once they have played us. An own goalfrom him would start to repay us for what we have done for him.
  16. Now that's a blow. I reckoned that I knew who Rallyboy was .... but that person started university in 1977 so unless Rallyboy started at the age of 14 at university it cannot be him. How can I nominate Rallyboy for the awards that he deserves if I do not know who he is??
  17. Whatever you like , dad. It just seems pointless to me to argue in mid June about something that will become clear in a few months time. Presumably if he does move to Anfield and does well ,we will benefit from some of the "ridiculous" add ons so that will be good news. OR are you so old dad that you think that you might have popped your clogs in a few months time??
  18. Ok dad. I will. Hmmm. Lets revisit this in a few months time - if he does move to the Scousers.
  19. So, apparently I am still being "dismiisive" of him when I say that he is one of the "most gifted players I have seen in a Saints shirt". Hmmmm. Do you think he would walk into the Liverpool first team ? So,can you see him walking into the Liverpool first team ??
  20. That is unlike CB Fry to come into a discussion and totally misrepresent what is being said. I was apparently being "dismissive of his potential" when I said that " he is one of the most gifted players I have seen in a Saints shirt." You really couldn't make him up could you??
  21. Good point. I forgot him.
  22. So he will not be first choice. He will regularly be coming on off the bench after 70 minutes when their first team is tired and his much expected Champions League appearances will be when Liverpool want to rest their first choice players.
  23. Can you see him wallking into the Liverpool first team on a regular basis ahead of the likes of Sturridge, Sterling and Henderson?? Woy after training with his squad for a few weeks clearly rates him behind them.
  24. Lallana repeatedly moans about wanting a transfer. A couple of weeks ago I looked back in the Saintsweb history and identified a thread from 2009 when he stated that he wanted out. That was not the only instance. Saint chalet closed the thread that I bumped but the fact still remains - Lallana has form when it comes to wanting to leave. I personally hope that he stays. I think he is one of the most gifted players that I have seen in a Saints shirt. He has the potentail to be the next MLT, There could be a a whole generation of Sotonians christened Adam in the same way as my son and several of his contemporaries are named Matthew. However he has got to get a grip and commit himself to Saints. The Scousers are taking the p **s and making him look a chump. I don't want a captain who kisses the shirt but at thesame time wants to leave us. I think he is better off staying with us - but if he wants to give it up here to sit on the bench at Anfield and make irreguar appearances in the Champions League when Liverpool are playing in the middle of Ukraine or fielding the reserves when home to the Greek champions then let him.
