I love midweek games, breaks up the working week nicely, espicially with Saturday to look forward to. This time of the season is great.

Could well happen, would be brilliant and would make a nice change to slumming it to places like Burnley, Hull and Preston continuously.

Has anybody heard any Tory MP say anything at all other then "clearing up the mess left by the Labour government"?? It's getting a bit old now chaps, YOU were elected to sort the "mess" out, so get on with it, and that includes doing more then cuts cuts cuts cuts, it's like a policy dreamt up by a 10 year old. Actually, now I remember, Osborne did mention the bad weather one or twice didn't he. As for their actions regarding the Libya situation, the less said the better They are an embarrassment at the moment and totally out of their depth.

I played with Mike Gosney for Winsor back when we were younger, we used to totally destroy everyone. He always was a class act, suprised he hasn't made the step up yet.

If we don't go up I think he'll stick with Adkins, rightly or wrongly, until at least christmas time because he is Cortese's man. We'll lose AOC, Fonte and possibly Lallana. I think we'll go up though.

I concur with the comments about next week. If we win I think we'll get 2nd, lose and it's gone, perhaps not mathmatically, but IMO.

I thought Lambert was excellent yesterday. He does alot of the sh*t, unnoticed work that doesn't get much credit. I kept an eye on him yesterday and he pulls defenders all over the place, opening up situations for AOC and Lallana to exploit. I still think he is vital to this team even if he's not getting on the score sheet as regularly.

Well we totally controlled the game today for starters...

Everytime I find myself not liking him, I think of Osborne or Gove in charge of the country, and then realise how much worse we could have it. For a Tory he is bearable, just.

Just got in from the game. People going on about beating 10 men, we would have beaten them if they had 15. We controlled the game from start to finish and scored while they still had 11. It was a bit of a slow start but I don't remember them threatening at all, with 10 or 11, and it was very comfortable in the end.

I assume because they are celebrating 100 years, and by the looks of it their original badge was blue. Either that or they are actually morphing into the skates.
