That's the kind of post I want to disagree with, but can't. I've said the same about Aribo - he's done less in Scotland than Ely did so we need some perspective about him. That said, numbers only tell part of the story and I like the look of him. Like you I'm not persuaded that the defence has improved, and the full back situation is a bit of a mess. Going into the season with Djenepo at wing back is crazy.

All I take from that is that Adams is better at feeding off scraps. It doesn't tell us which one is the better player. Watching us play gives is the answer to that, and it's clear to me that Broja is night and day a better player than Adams.

Yep. People are assuming that KWP was pissed off he got shifted to LB. He played well there, and was arguably more effective than at RB - I'd rather see a run infield and a through ball or shot than a cross to nobody in particular.
