Where's all this talk about him not wanting to be here come from? Another mongolian rumour now gathering pace which will soon be touted as FACT no doubt.
-
The service to our strikers in open play isn't always great, case in point today where no one created a single chance for him.
-
Overall Arsenal edged it because of their quicker and more incisive play. We competed well, had a lot of the ball but too static and too much play in front on them. Lambert slow and poor today but didn't really get much service nor did Osvaldo when he came on. Rodriguez our best attacking player today but too much of his good play is about 20 yards too deep.

Southampton will stay out of January transfer market, says Pochettino

No one likes a show off mate. -
he was very quiet last time we played them although he was playing in the lone striker role. Would expect that he starts on the bench in any case.

Happy Birthday Matt I've no idea who you are but have a good one all the same

I'm not sure but weird to even include AOC in that sentence. welbeck has a good record for England and Walcott has been on the scene for a while now so I can kind of understand those. Regardless, those comments are uneccssary and doesn't send out a good message to anyone.

Not so sure re Lallana. Hodgson again saying that he is only picked due to injuries to Welbeck, AOC and Walcott. Consistently poor comments from Woy.

Who is the best midfielder - Lallana, Henderson or Cleverley?

Probably wouldn't be with our style of play -

I think Lallana is better than Henderson. -
I have been kept awake many a night thinking/worrying about this. I don't count the end of season dinner either where he did do an interview in English.

Wouldn't be so pretty sure I were you pal.

Admitted I got that wrong whilst supporting Saints!

Would love to contribute but don't thik I've been wrong ever let alone 5 times. Will have a think though. -
I said those were the stand out ones which happened during his only decent run in the team. I never said he merits to be in the side, others are playing too well and he would need to earn his place unless there are loads of injuries in which case he needs to make sure that he keeps his place. Not saying he has been brilliant or writing him off, just a good player For a relatively high transfer fee but not one which should mean there are any gaurentee's or be used as a stick to beat him with IMO.

Least season when given a run in the team: Villa- home win Newcastle- home win Arsenal- home draw West Ham- home draw Everton- home draw Reading- home win may be a few others but the stand out games I can think of where he scored/and or and played well, helping us to get at least 12 points, without which, we would have been relegated. Not saying he has been great but equally lazy of you to say that he has done nothing and been ****.

So no goals, assists or good performances in important wins at all?

As we approach year end, this thread is to celebrate some of the most inaccurate comments added to the board during 2013 which has seen a change in manager, survival in our first season back in the prem, record transfers in and the best start to top flight campaign since we finished 2nd. To get the ball rolling, I will go first: Loid 1- Cortese has made the club a laughing stock and Pochettino will take us down. Loid 2- Billy Sharp is our most prolific scorer of all time and could make it in the premier league

Some of you are mentally retarded as well. And fat.....really really fat.

I said we had the best team in my lifetime when we had Hammond and Chaplow so you can imagine how I'm feeling now.
-
Can I be the first to say, I really like Steve Bruce, always have.
-
Even more impressive when you consider our pressing style. It's not rash, it's controlled and measured. We have some technically excellent players all over the pitch.

Henry please mate YOLO
