  1. I'd imagine he'll be involved against Milwall, he traveled with the squad y/day.
  2. Our corners in the last few games have been ****, in fact the delivery from the flank which has served us so well this season is starting to let us down! If the full backs were on their game against Cardiff and their crossing was half decent, we'd have won that. Someone needs to take both of them to one side and get them crossing again like we know they can do...
  3. It wasn't for anything. He just moved the player off the ball, just slightly put his arm on his back to move him away from the path of the ball. At the very most a dubious foul and free kick, but to give a yellow was frankly embarrassing. Apparently he also misses the Burnley game as the suspension doesn't kick in until 7 days from the event. what a load of ****.
  4. Can't agree with that. Morgan is only sideways and backwards.
  5. One chance, wanted to take an extra touch and the chance was lost. but other than that invisible.
  6. We played to the conditions, it wasn't pretty, but we were effective.
  7. They man marked him from what I could see, didn't get anywhere near the space as the first half - and couldn't roam.
  8. 0 shots (on and off target). Don't think we've had a game like that for years.
  9. Unfortunately you cannot appeal a 2nd yellow, but yep - it was a joke of a decision. I have no idea what they saw there. Silly foul from Fox, yep, but how on earth is that ever a yellow card.
  10. That was a proper ''play to the conditions'' game from us. I don't think we had any enormous intention to win it, I think first and foremost our game plan was to control it and see where we go from there - and I felt we did that. In terms of the final third though, it was a non-event for both teams. Let's be honest, for a neutral this was total dross in terms of a football match - but I'd take a point from that, just a bit frustrating we didn't show a bit more ambition when in the final third. I think the free kick we had in the 90th min summed our entire attacking performance up...... Still, 2 points clear of Cardiff now, 4 behind WHU and a home game coming up. It's a better result for us than Brum, that's for sure - they cannot afford too many more slips.
  11. We've adapted better, but haven't offered anything in the final third. Nice and tidy in the middle, but no punch (excuse the pun). Need to sharpen up our corners as well, because they have been awful today. Fox has probably been our weakest link in terms of ball retention. but overall more than satisfied at the mo, we just need to be a bit more Sharp in and around the final third.
  12. FT at Cardiff. Cardiff 1 - 3 Blackpool Good result for us, although Blackpool are another team who are now breathing down on the top 2.
  13. But we're unbeaten away in 2
  14. 10 v 9 in the Brighton game. What a horrible team.
  15. This one was Matty Phillips
  16. Neither had we when relegation threatened team Bristol City came to St Mary's. No result is guaranteed at this league, no matter what either teams run of form is.
  17. Cardiff 1 - 3 Blackpool
  18. Blackpool 3-1 up now, brilliant
  19. Just confirmed on SSN
  20. jeez, what an awful season for those guys.
  21. We're not rubbish Dr Who.....just stuttering results wise. Performances haven't been tooo bad But I can see us stuttering into a better run of form, just how we stuttered out of our good form in November. the 2nd half against Cardiff was excellent.
  22. now 2-1 blackpool
  23. Blackpool lead!
  24. our old friend SKP doing is a favour there.
  25. Who else plays there...? De Ridder is out, Chaplow is out, Guly not 100%. He's our only wide right player at the mo, and at least it stops us from playing 3cms.
