Stop worrying about losing players/management. They will not get the same support, financial backing at any other club in the FL. Pards' needs to rebuild his rep. and this is the best place for him to do that, i think he knows it too. How good is it for a manager to be able to rebuild a club from the roots and see the success from it? there isn't another FL club that could offer the same chacne.

Rickie is a more rounded player. Rasiak was a striker, he scored goals - no more, no less. Rickie brings so much more to the team in terms of assists, lay offs, passes etc. I also think he's got a much more powerful shot on him, it's like a bloody rocket.

TBH the only player's I'd consider resting are those on 4 yellows, so for me i'd still play Lambo/Connolly/Lallana.... players should be used to playing Saturday > Tuesday > Saturday in the football league anyway. Let's not forget Leeds also have a tricky JPT tie as well, will be interesting to see what importance they place on it.
