  1. Lol, that's awesome.
  2. errr....wow? I.Was.There. I thought Sunderland started pretty well, we just had more quality up front and took our chances. After the 3/4th they just fell apart though. As good as that was, you will never see a PL team defending like that again! Shambles! but who cares, we well and truly took advantage of it! Not sure what more you can say.....just a master-class in clinical play, something we didn't do so well last year.
  3. It is frustrating, I must admit. If Di Maria and Van Gal had got it for e.g, we'd have half the programme devoted to the 'amazing job' he's done and the 'special talent' of di maria and what he eats for breakfast. It's not even accidental any more, it's so clear that anyone out of the top 4 just make up the numbers, they're simply not interested. The only way it'll ever be broken up is the league splitting into 2. Give Utd, City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Madrid, Barca, Bayern their own league - let them play around with each other and do what they want, it might actually give us an opportunity.
  4. Is that for real???? That's quite incredible really.
  5. What did they cock-up? They signed a better keeper to put pressure/replace him.
  6. Once he got himself fully into the side around the October > Dec period, he was our best player in that NPC season. He got an injury which derailed the rest of his season though unfortunately. He was like a new signing at the start though.
  7. Yeah, for Fonte that season in the NPC was a little odd for him. I was always a little confused by his struggles at parts of that season, as he was the one player who had built in technical ability, very good composure and reading of the game...yet it seemed to desert him at times in that season. Jos seemed to come out with the higher rep. but to be honest, the ''better footballer'' was always going to be the stronger player in the PL and I'm glad he regained his composure to become a Portuguese international.
  8. Amazing result for NI. Truly stunning stuff really, probably the toughest away in the group and they've won it. I reckon they should aim for the play-off at least?
  9. A couple of the responses in this thread are just pointless, there's no need for them. Stop trying to WUM people. I agree with Batman's post, I'm not sure why people can't see the point he's making? Are they dim or something? Basically, prior to our hell December run - we've got a run of matches which we can try and pick-up a decent amount of points in, which will at least allow us to be comfortable and not looking over our shoulder a great deal! Hell, we may even win them all! Plenty to look forward to.
  10. Rooney I imagine.
  11. Goal keeper mistake wins it. What a truly uninspiring display of ****.
  12. The last time I enjoyed England was the 04-06 era.
  13. It's not just Roy, it's the entire FA setup. Corrupt from the top down.
  14. A good example of that is Chambers. Here is a guy who played a few times for the Under-19s, jumped straight over the Under-21s and went into the first team. That is a great pat on the back for our development system. I can't believe Woy said that. What in gods earth is up with him? He cannot see the wood from the trees to save his life, stop waffling and tell it as it is. If he was still here this year, he'd be in the U21's. And I think you'll find that it was Southampton who developed him, not the England FA ****ty setup.
  15. Amazing result pending... Italy 1 - 1 Azerbaijan No Pelle as yet... edit. quick reply, 2-1 italy now. Doh'
  16. According to Adam Lallana, Chambers was magnificent last night.
  17. He's at it again. Apparently Chambers was 'Magnificent' last night, in a game that would not have been 'easy' for him. Ok then.
  18. Which last England game is that? No one has a clue what's going on..! Pundits my arse!
  19. Backwards, Sideways, backwards, sideways, Wiltshire, foul, backwards, sideways, Rooney, wayward shot. Backwards, sideways, backwards, wilshire, fall over, backwards, sideways.
  20. Or, as it seems, warming the bench or breathing the same air as other players at big teams.
  21. Such a bog standard team. No excitement or enterprise in that side at all, just bog standard, slow paced, predictable huff and puff ****. Sterling wouldn't be in my team right now, he's been nothing short of **** for Liverpool this year.
  22. To be fair to Milner, he's been playing really well for City. He'd be in my England team at this moment in time. That doesn't really say much about the quality of the squad though, does it? Chambers playing just strikes of ''He plays for one of the top 4, therefore he will play''.
  23. This is exactly the reason why International breaks really bug me, just a complete and utter waste of time. The slightest bit of interest and he's even overlooked for an Arsenal squad player - he was a standby member in the first place for christ sake. Roll on Sunderland at home, enough of this international crap already.
  24. Unfortunately, if that ever does happen, he'd be gone long before he reached near that level! Mega-Mega money for us though, if that happens! Very tidy player though, really believe he reads the game well and his movement is electric.
  25. Maybe next summer we'll get another of your videos?
