Plex on Apple TV2 streams MP4, AVI, DIVX, XVID, plus MKV (to 720P.) Any attempted playback of 1080P MKV files will buffer horribly as you will only get a 2mbps stream and will run into memory issues if trying to stream 1080P at 6mbps.

Without going into the comparisons between Apple TV and WDTV, the BIG killer reason to go for the Apple TV is: using Airplay to instantly stream music/ video/ photos from your iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad straight to your large TV (and anything on your device if you use the 'mirroring' feature). Everything else is great with the Apple TV and I've rented more movies on it than I've ever rented by other means in the past, but Airplaying from your iOS devices blows every other device so far out of the water.

He's not, but he's being a **** and talking ****** though. The atmosphere was pretty decent in our end today; Just watching the Sky+'d game back though and it's clear most of the mics were in front of the home stands. Let's be honest - the ground is a sh1thole and the acoustics are shocking apart from on their KJC Stand or whatever it's called now. And Jackanory, despite being a self-proclaimed 'lad', doesn't appear to have done much to have made himself known and liven things up

I've recently been taking the medics students to and from their study placements at surgeries throughout Hampshire and Wiltshire. I took 5 to and from Whiteparish today, including the lad who wrote this and the charity show for the revue team which has just raised over £5k for charity through the shows. They are all nice decent kids - the medics tend to be a better class of students than the norm to be honest. They talked about the video, but this was the first time I've seen it - quite impressed with the production!

I've had one since released. Jailbreaking it yourself is easy, certainly don't pay someone £50 for doing it! If you have iPhones and iPads in the house (like I know you do!) then streaming music, video, photos etc by AirPlay is brilliant. Mirroring on iPad 2 opens it up a whole new level too. By jailbreaking you can have a browser, play all sorts if video formats, Last.FM and more. Well worth £100.

He is richest who is content with the least, for content is the wealth of nature.

This is good, but I don't like actually saying the word P*mpey or singing it in songs. I prefer:- 'Tell us what its like to be Skate Cvnts, tell us what it's like to be poor, tell us what it's like when your team won't exist anymore....exist anymore'.

Regardless of her personal views: she is quite hot.

Ronda Rousey is f***ing hot.

I wonder if Ian Brennan has worked since.

Some [all?] other clubs' fans forums don't discourage people from posting on them by charging to post messages.

Hitler never had these H&S issues when he created the real stuff. He'd never have gotten consent forms signed by the parents in modern day Britain.

You are of course correct. Anyway, we had one TrickOr Treat knock on the door before the pumpkin was put in the window, but none afterwards

Mine was carved yesterday and is ready to go tonight

Not as good as the 4, for sure, which is disappointing. Getting more use though and I'm sure too much Siri Lolage and too much going on in Notification Center doesn't help much! Still tinkering with things to test it properly and get the optimum battery life.

Please show some respect for the big man's memory. No silly jokes please... and yes, that means you, and you and you and ba ba ba bam

Just picked up a white iPhone 4S. Camera is brilliant. Siri is a massive game changer.

Decent Spec/Priced Desktop For The Kids?

Correct, just like when you buy some Novatech or any other separate PC towers, you use your own peripherals. You can plug your own USB mouse and keyboard in and use any monitor. We use an Apple wireless keyboard and mouse with ours though, and they're brilliant. -

No brainer at this price: - http://www.bestbuy.co.uk/product/1000162069/apple-macmini-mc815ba---intel-core-i5-500gb-2gb-memory.aspx?ref=AW&loc=HotUKDeals&awc=2533_1319712794_283e4e9daf4a9117ab093233c0d271fe -
Does it have an iPod built in? Will in automatically sync everything with my MacBook, MacMini and iPad? Free Cloud storage? Are the Apps I've paid for all available from a Windows App Store and useable with my saved data? Can I stream video, music, photos etc to my tv or AirPlay speakers? If so, I might be tempted to have a look... but I fear Nokia have missed the boat.

If you haven't already got it, download the Flipboard app. It's a stunning app that makes Facebook, Twitter, News feeds and info absolutely gorgeous.

If you can watch the incident again, I don't think it was a clash of heads. Fonte got a clean head on the ball an Davis' left brow was facing in the opposite direction to Jose's head. If there was a clash of heads it would've been on the opposite side of Davis' head. Jose's left arm was in the air as he jumped. I think you'll find it was his elbow that caused the damage.

You want a description of his family? This is no time for a Rule 1 request.

It's tempting to make independent travel arrangements and spend the £30 ticket money in a pub in P*mpey instead. Much more fun.

If you recently bought a new MacBook, then you'd be a fool to ditch the iPhone, as it's when you have multiple iOS/OS X devices that it becomes even more impressive. I've always used MobileMe anyway, but now iCloud is free so you'll get all of the functions and synchronicity such as: Instantly syncing contacts, calendars, bookmarks, docs etc and pushing them to all of your devices, Photo Stream etc. until you use it properly, you won't know what you're missing - but once you do, you'll wonder how you can live without it!
