You've got to be one fat b'stard to need a 5XL shirt. Do the 3XL, 4XL and 5 XL shirts cost more to offset the additional material costs? If not, and it is the case that we're having a high demand for these obese sizes, surely normal people are subsidising the fat gits and it is this that has pushed the prices up this year.

I think the danger is that Mikey really doesn't have a clue what he's doing. Aside from starting the ball rolling on the collections, his constant chopping and changing his mind on the flag design thread, being easily swayed by others and so on, this whole thing now seems rather amateurish. If we're not careful, this has Ted Bates Statue #1 written all over it. I'm already half expecting a spelling mistake or Che Guevara to appear on the flag and it go unnoticed until its first pass around at St Marys.

This was always to be a special time-limited freebie to introduce people to the benefits of a truly unlimited data plan and has been extended a few times already. If anyone moans that they're ceasing the ABSOLUTELY TOTALLY FREE AND UNLIMITED DATA TEMPORARY OFFER ON A PAYG SIM then they're an idiot.

We had one regular waste collection 3+ weeks ago. That bin and the recycling bin are now full with lids closed. There is one bin in our cul-de-sac that has a lid that won't close because of one bag too many in it. There are no bin bags or other rubbish piled up alongside any bins. It is quite clear that many households don't give their waste any though whatsoever except to moan about how much there is not being collected. I travel to every part of the city in my job and it is clear that the biggest problems (and therefore the biggest moaners) are on the council estates, social housing and multi-occupancy areas: the kind of homes that do not cook from scratch with fresh vegetables and ingredients, but instead consume tinned, over-packaged, boxed/frozen foods and take-aways; Then they don't separate their recyclable waste, crush boxes, plastic bottles and packaging or take glass to the bottle banks. The problem is that too many people are lazy slobs when it comes to cooking and waste disposal.

My criticism of the Bedford Hand Car Wash on Wilton Avenue can now be ignored. New owners have come in today. Only called by there because I was desperate, didn't know they'd changed hands and was expecting the usual sub-standard job (particularly as I pulled in 5mins before they were due to close!) Best, most thorough job for a long long time anywhere. Absolutely immaculate. You may all now use them again.

Best image by far. I'm not even sure it needs any words at all. Just that image alone is iconic enough to Saints fans. That image with a halo above to emphasise what a Saint and saviour he was to us.

He was 'injured' far too much of the time - injuries that I know for a fact the physios and medical team didn't believe existed. It won't be installed yet. You'll be on 4.3.3 The 5.0 in the wild in a Developer Beta release. It has been Jailbroken, but it's a tethered one at the moment. A full untethered JB must be imminent, I'm just not sure I want to bother with the whole JB scene anymore.

It looks a great update. Particularly pleased about the iPad>Apple TV mirroring, iCloud (=no MobileMe subscription), iMessage, Notification Centre, Mail tweaks and deep Twitter integration. I'm itching to install it, but slightly loathed to lose my untethered Jailbreak. I'm not entirely convinced, however, that I would miss the JB if I chose not to. Most of my old tweaks are now incorporated into iOS, so it's really just the cracked software installation that I'd lose - and I'm pretty fed up with having two App ecosystems so may just start to pay for stuff I want instead of installing lots of cr4p that I don't need!

Not necessarily. If I was the rapist, I'd want there to be a bit of a challenge and a struggle. A lone, conservatively dressed female who you could easily overcome wouldn't be as much fun as a tussle with one of the other two while her mate looked on crying. Plus the lone female might be a bit ugly and by doing one of the pair, at least you'd get to choose the best looking one.
