Lost away to villa opening game. Won 3-2 v Blackburn at first home game. Sturrock out of job following day. Under Sturrock i saw some great games away to Man City and Wolves and home v Liverpool etc.

Don't waste your breath with facts in an arguement with Delldays. He has a personal vendetta against Sturrock for some reason. Anyone who saw Saints play when Sturrock was manager will know we played some great football and his record was fairly decent.

Just home from work expecting to see details of Portaloo losing his job. I thought if he didn't go now he never will. What other club would keep him in a job? We have no game next weekend so a perfect time to get someone in who knows this league and has time to work with current squad on shooting practice, marking at set pieces and motivation as well as getting some loan players in before the window closes.

I'm at Uni part time which work kindly pay for. I get a decent qualification rather than taking a pay cut.

Agree. Just need someone to motivate and organise them and some experienced players in this league. it's not rocket science to most people apart from those running the club.
