  1. I do :-)
  2. Shouldn't that be bus to the pub first?
  3. Maybe Dyer is benefitting from a run of games, playing with better players and a better manager who knows how to organise and motivate players etc.
  4. Davis James, Size, Perry, Skacel McLaggon, Morgan, Euell, Surman Lallana Saga subs Forcast Gillett BWP McGoldrick Holmes
  5. I see Saints played better after Smith was subbed at half time :-O
  6. Some Leeds based Saints fans are known alcoholics :-)
  7. That's the best thing about away ames in this league. The packed lunch/flask and slippers crowd can sit down near the front and only cheer when we score while people who want to stand and sing can go to the back of the stand.
  8. Who are these right side players? only one's i can think of are; Smith - poor Millwall reserve. Lallana - not his best position. BWP - Not a winger.
  9. I've always rated him and thought he had the potential to be a decent player. Like alot of young players he was inconsistant but was playing well last season before his injury. He's miles better than Ryan Smith and i'd like to see him return.
  10. If he's going skiing can someone arrange an avalance please :-)
  11. if i lived nearby i'd be protesting outside.
  12. Have i got news for you. Mock the week
  13. I suppose the **** thinks it has worked so well in the past, appointing from within :-(
  14. you couldn't make this ****e up. Saints once again a laughing stock.
  15. SSN just said Wotte is not a temporary appointment :-(
  16. Had hoped that he'd go to a better team as he's in my fantasy football team.
  17. Surman is suspended. Euell will not feature.
  18. Anyone know when tickets go on sale for this game? nothing on OS?
  19. Phillips didn't take long to find the net after coming on as 2nd half sub on debut away at Leicester.
  20. He bought McCant as a cheap option after not being allowed to get Malbranque and Boa Morte from Fulham to strengthen side after cup final. He also got the side fit and motivated. Players who i remember him signing; Niemi - best keeper i've seen for Saints. Phillips- quality striker Williams - good stop gap defender/squad player Telfer - underated full back in best saints side for decades and probably still fitter than all present team. Higgy - has proved he is premier league defender. Prutton - diassapointed after and now struggling to get in Leeds side. Clapped fans though. Cranie - loan or buy from Celtic not very good. Ormerod - not sure if WGS buy? but Beattie's best striking partner and very underated player at time IMO.
  21. I see Redkrapp is to select the weakest Spurs side available against Man Utd in the cup saying avoiding relegation is priority. This didn't help Saints when he selcted a weakened Saints side in quarter final at home to Manure only to lose 4-0 on national tv. Not that i care much for Spurs fans but i would be well ****ed off travelling and paying for high cost of ticket etc only to see a reserve side. A bit like watching Saints this season :-(
  22. That side looks good to me the best we have right now. McGoldrick will not be dropped though :-(
  23. Agree. Said it before. Our players should be made to watch how Burnley a side with a mixture of experienced pro's and youngsters and no big signings play. A well organised, hard working skillfull passing team. Wade Elliott ex Bournmouth ran the midfield. Paterson showed how a forward can work non stop and make runs out wide and into the box (please watch McGoldrick) and Robbie Blake showed how to take a decent free kick as well as turn up in his own penalty area to make clearances.
  24. Remind me how much those players i mentioned cost? We could get in some experienced players in on loan or better players from lower divisions than we have got right now and someone to teach them to do the things i mentioned.
  25. I'd like to see a system where we cross the ball into the area and have players in goal scoring positions to get on the end of passes/crosses etc. I remember Strachan saying football was quite simple when we had the likes of Fernandes, Bridge, Marsden and Telfer crossing balls into the area for Beattie etc to score from.
