Don't think we should put the ball out for an injured player. There's nothing wrong with them most of the time. We definitely shouldn't have given them the ball back last night. The ref can't enforce it if we don't.
Sounds to me like Pelle hasn't been making the runs because he doesn't get the ball enough. Would certainly tie in with what I've actually observed. Pelle will probably be back in tonight by the sounds of it. Hopefully, this conversation can help turn things round for him and the team.

Long, Mane
4-4-2. If we play 4-3-3, Pardew will tactically negate our full backs attacking. Could even play this as a diamond.
Would be interested in Everton's finances. They seem to be on a higher level to us, but I doubt there income/wealth is exponentially more than ours.
They've kept Baines, Coleman and up until now, Barkley. They signed Lukaku. It can be done.
Dont agree. You need mobile forwards who can make runs in behind, to either take it on themselves, or create space for others. It's all very well having quality on the ball, but it's irrelevant if there's no movement. Recently, we have gone back to square passing, or passing backwards because of lack of options in front. This is in part, due to teams parking the bus, and also in part to poor movement up front.
Yes they are. They have set incredibly high standards for themselves. I was posting in the context of Ronald being seemingly blamed for our mini slump because if his 'one-dimensional thinking'.
Think that's a bit harsh, small squad, players injured, suspended or woefully out of form. Sometimes you have to blame the players on the pitch rather than the manager.
Would love the board to give him a 5 year deal and another 5 year plan.
If Ron is going to play him on Tuesday, he needs to play a front 2. Pelle can't occupy the defenders on his own the way we need him to. Reckon Long up front on his own would be a better bet.
Definitely another forward to supplement what we already have, then replacing whoever leaves in the Summer. Would also like a keeper who can challenge Forster and keep him on his toes.
Would like to see Reed given a real chance next season.
Decent right-backs are ten-a-penny. Ronald will have no bother replacing him.
Would prefer him to stay though, rather than become a bit-part player elsewhere.
