  1. Not too sure it's a good idea signing these players so early and giving them holiday pay straight away. Surprised nobody else has picked up on this.
  2. Apologies if I've misunderstand, but by deeper do you mean defensive? Davis covered there for us several times last season and was poor. Definitely not his best position imo.
  3. I reckon that will be it on the striker front. Jay Rod is like a new signing, and we also have Shane Long and Pelle. I would be amazed if we made a move for anyone else.
  4. Austin would be a great signing.
  5. My mum used to say to me 'if you don't leave it alone, it'll fall off'. Happy days.
  6. Cheers Archie, this would be a seriously good signing.
  7. What do you reckon the chances are of completing the deal?
  8. I once had a job retrieving lobsters from Jayne Mansfield's arse. She was lovely.
  9. Big Sam did drop him last season. West Ham might be tempted to cash in.
  10. This might polarise opinion, but I reckon Mark Noble would be a good signing. Always thought how under-rated he is.
  11. It would impact on the Asian construction workers from the sub-continent who are treated like slaves and might get their passports back. Not bad at all.
  12. Norrkoping would be good.
  13. I think you take the Internet a bit too seriously. CB, just saying it as i see it.
  14. In the words of the great Joe Kinnear, you're a c*nt.
  15. In your opinion, you boring c*nt.
  16. Surely they never voted for Blatter to stay on the gravy train? Surely not.
  17. Why can't you just accept we've got a difference opinion?
  18. I'll be quite happy that we don't have anything to do with a corrupt FIFA. Wouldn't bother me one bit.
  19. I absolutely agree with that 100%. It's what we do if that doesn't happen that I'm talking about.
  20. Have a medal for being a sarcastic c*nt.
  21. The idea that Blatter is our saviour is laughable.
  22. So you're quite happy to participate in FIFA competitions that are run by corruption, dishonesty (Korea v Italy 2002, look it up) and naked greed. Personally, I would rather we had nothing to do with it. Doing nothing just lets them carry on regardless.
  23. Pulling out of FIFA is tackling the problem head on, not running away, in my opinion. Hypo, it's called having principles. Ask David Gill, he's got them, or was he just making a 'gesture' as well.
  24. I would prefer FIFA to run the sport properly and fairly. They don't. Us pulling out might accelerate the falling of the House of Cards. If it doesn't, then personally, I would prefer us to have no part of it.
