All we need is honest appraisals of refs performances. I wouldn't involve whingeing managers (their hypocrisy knows no bounds when it comes to refs. Think Wenger for a start). A good idea would be to mike the refs up, so their decisions are transparent throughout the game. It works well with Rugby. Currently, I think refs should explain decisions after the game.

I don't like Harding that much, but it would be madness to replace him at the moment unless he is injured.
