  1. Very true. If the idiots who ran on the pitch really wanted trouble they could have got in there. Truth is, they are just a load of wannabe muppets. Your last sentence is so true.
  2. 3 arrests according to the newspapers. Hardly a riot was it. Rampant hooliganism? I don't think so. Massive overreaction to all of this. And I'm neither a moron or an enemy of society.
  3. I saw a lot of these 'superhard Danny Dyer wannabes' pooh themselves and run off the pitch as fast as they could when it looked like they might come up against something. I think they are a joke really. I've seen a group of these 'brave young men' beat up one of our own supporters in the concourse last season. To be fair they look up to one or two older supporters who think they're Mike Tyson, but in reality are just sad tossers with crap lives. All a bit of an overreaction though. I think there were only 3 arrests.
  4. If Lowe does come back, then in my eyes we would cease to exist anyway.
  5. Redknapp has proved himself to be a quality manager at every club he's been at, bar Saints. I wonder why......
  6. Fair play to you for sidelining SISA. They certainly muddied the waters by saying a trust owning club was the only way to go. This was why I was so up against what I thought you were trying to do. I certainly have a different opinion of what you were/are trying to do now.

    I heard that as well.
  8. Well they did love their mum, and looked after their own.
  9. I'm pretty sure there was a sign at the ticket office saying it was sold out. I may quite probably be mistaken though.
  10. See you there, block 36. Girl at the ticket office told me 20000 this afternoon. Ian Gordon was queuing in front of me. Seemed like a nice bloke.
  11. Mawhinney better save his silver tongue for the Court Room. I would love to see him squirm, and resign, if we made him look like the idiot he is.
  12. Very well put.
  13. They would probably be better off buying premium bonds under your scenario. If they wanted Jacksons Farm they wouldn't have to bid for the football club. The chances of them closing the stadium down and getting planning permission to develop the land are very remote, even in this age of brown envelopes.
  14. If no laws have been broken, then obviously nobody should get prosecuted.
  15. We haven't done a Leeds. They got to a Champions League semi-final, and had top quality players.
  16. trousers, forget about all the ITKs. Well intentioned or not, none of them have been true in the last few years.
  17. Hence the 'If' on the original post.
  18. It's on the 'breaking news' ticker on SkySports News.
  19. shouldn't the directors responsible be prosecuted?
  20. A long legal battle with the Football League could drag it out even more.
  21. If we have broken insolvency laws, then I hope the directors responsible for this are brought to account. Will be interesting to see if Rupert goes on another media offensive. I rather think he'll probably go on holiday instead.
  22. Crouch and Lawrie have their own box anyway, it's not like they're freeloading.
  23. Cheers Derry. I'd put a bit of distance between your group and Chorley and McMillan if I were you. They strike me as a couple of chancers.
