Taken in isolation it wasn’t a particularly bad showing, any side would struggle up there at the moment with the form they’re in. Wasn’t the worst performance of the season, just not good enough.

Easy target. Tessam is a fucking plum, needs sacking.

I’ve not got that much of a problem with that team up there, the only way we’ll get anything from this game is defending properly & nicking something. It’s the negativity at winnable home games that frustrates me. At the end of the day there’s not one player who can complain about being left out.

I agree. He was far better playing further forward. He’s too one paced and negative to play in a 2, but the alternative options are even worse.

The United Kingdom and the Death of Boris Johnson as we know it.

“They” need to get over it, if we want to pinch “their” doctors after “they” have trained them, tough. “Our” NHS needs him. -
He’s a typical modern coach. Wants to play a certain way and will continue to play that way regardless. There’s a lot to admire about modern football and coaching, but one downside is the lack of pragmatism & flexibility. Some coaches are as stubborn as the 4-4-2 Mike Bassetts that are the butt of jokes. He’s as set in his ways as much as Branfoot was, the only difference is the philosophy they stick to.

Did he bring them in, or were they given to him? If they only signed for Palace because he was manager, or he somehow identified them when others weren’t so sure , then you may have a point. If, however they’d have signed anyway, surely it’s about results with these good players and Roy appears to be doing better on that score.

Soggy, can you stop with this “they”, you keep using to describe people who aren’t white. It’s not the 1970’s. -
He’s not the only one, but for me he’s too predictable. Every single time he cuts in from left to right. Must be so easy to defend against. Although a lower standard defenders in the championship aren’t mugs, they’ll soon suss him out. I haven’t followed his career but how many decent seasons has he had, because he will easily get found out even at that level unless he improves his movement and composure.

This from the bloke that called Priti Patel an immigrant 😂 -
I’m not normally ITK, but in this case I am. The note was blowing around after Armstrong read it and my mate picked it up. He sent me a copy of it, and you can clearly see why it confused Armstrong.

I’m the other way round, born in SO postcode but spent most of my life in BH. Live in Poole & work in Bournemouth so have contact with loads of Boscombe supporters. The over riding feeling I get from my mates was sympathy, they were genuinely baffled how poor we were and the lack of fight. As you say, they were also baffled why we didn’t target your poor defending of crosses . That’s how far we’ve fucked up. No disrespect but I moved to Poole 30 years ago, the thought of Bournemouth fans feeling sorry for us is unbelievable. The fact I was in a boozer full of Cherries last night fully expecting a lot of clog, but it was more “poor old scummer” rather than normal banter or abuse. I got more clog when we were down in league 1 with you, now it was pity. Pretty horrible feeling, like we’re a little noddy club. Fucking horrific….

It’s a bit different following Bielsa who had his sides going for it, as opposed to taking over a side that have been mincing about with crab football for 2 years. I don’t think this bunch could give it a bloody good go even if they wanted to. No bottle, easy soft arsed football is more their style.
-
Wouldn’t be the worst partnership we could have. He’s done well at Bournemouth.
-
I genuinely couldn’t care less if every single one of them fucked off.

Man City and teams like that circulate the ball round and round to pull the opposition around, create over loads and then BANG, they’re in. We mince about with it slowly to maintain possession where the opposition don’t mind us having possession, before giving it away or eventually passing back to the keeper to hoof it. It’s fucking pathetic, it’s fucking slow and it’s fucking boring. When your defenders aren’t that comfortable on the ball you need an outlet. You need to be able to knock it and a CF needs to be able to chase it or hold it up. Every pass into our attacking areas needs to be so precise because the forwards are so small and lightweight, apart from Che. It beggars belief that we’re trying to play champagne football with beer players…

Most normal people are disgusted with what Abbott wrote, she’s been kicked out of the party and has herself said she was wrong (and has previously said anti-semitism is racism). However, you’ve spent “much” of your time trawling books to try and prove otherwise. I can only conclude this is because you fully agree with her, why else would you bother. if you were in the decent folks camp, you wouldn’t spend valuable time doing so. In the past you’ve made comments (coconuts, calling Priti an immigrant) that hinted at the poisonous side of your personality , but some posters fell for your bumbling leftie act and tried to stick up for you. I notice the lack of support and excuses for you this time, because there are none. Anyone who spends so much time researching and sticking up for anti semitism is clearly one themselves. Take the sheet off your face, it’s a brand new day……

The mask slips again.

Yeah, I didn’t get why anyone would want Leicester to get 3 points. They’ve got Everton up next, I hope that’s a draw as well.
-
So should Soggy, who is desperately trying to justify her racism.

“I came into politics to fight racism and I have never resiled from that position. For me, it has always been the case that racism includes antisemitism. Abbott 2018…
