There is hardly any child "poverty" in this country, the word has been abused by lefties like you. You don't end food banks by chucking money around, giving free tuition fees to middle class kids, free broadband to millionaire's, thousands to rich chicks of a certain age and winter fuel allowance to Paul McCartney. You can't run public services if you've run out of money. "My lot" care just as much as "you lot", the difference is the market has made people wealthier than your weird Corbynonics ever will.

Have you ever considered that some people care about the unfortunate & vulnerable just as much as you do, but just disagree on the best way to do so. I reckon soft arsed lefties like you want the latest iPhone just as much as any Tory does. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Most people would of worked out my answer by just reading my post. However, as you’re clearly struggling I’ll answer. Whether I think we’ll be better off or not is irrelevant, post Maastricht I’d vote to leave regardless. Sovereignty issues can’t be judged by GDP, it’s bizarre anyone thinks it can be. Would Mexican’s or Canadian’s sell theirs to The US if it meant a higher GDP & wealthier population? Personally , I don’t think leaving will make much difference to the average Joe, but as I said that’s irrelevant. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Spot on. Some things are more important than money. I'm sure a lot of independent countries would been better off staying within a British Empire, did economics even enter their minds. I've never understood why The Sweaties got so hung up with currency, oil prices and economics, surely you either believe in an independent Jock land or you don't. Who says " I believe in Scotland being independent , provided it doesn't cost me money". Hardly Braveheart is it?

You voted for a party that is controlled by a far left cult and is being investigated by the EHRC. Voting for them is pretty supportive imo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Aston Villa 1 - 3 Saints - FT - Reactions and Christmas Cheer!
Lord Duckhunter replied to Heisenberg's topic in The Saints
Really good performance yesterday. Nobody was off colour. Stephens & Ward-Prowse had their best games for a long time, Redmond was better than of late. Ings & Long look a decent partnership & the full backs seemed more committed than last week. Yes, they were poor, but we’ve played poor sides before & missed the opportunity to put them to bed. I don’t understand criticism of Jack Grealish on here he worked hard, tried stuff and worried me every time he received the ball. He’d fit in a Chelsea or Spurs no bother. Ings is a class above the rest of the side. If we could get Adams firing, buy a proper centre half and a midfielder who creates stuff, we’d be pretty decent. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk -

I was in the ale house this afternoon. The bar maid had an Australian accent. I remarked that Boris was proposing a points based immigration system when we left the EU and she would be treated the same as a German chick. She said “fair dinkum to Boris” and the whole bar cheered. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Nick Clegg and the death of the Liberal Democratic Party.
Lord Duckhunter replied to sadoldgit's topic in The Lounge
Is that really a good word, he’s better than the other toss pots. May’s on their level, but Cameron different class. As for Boris, he’s just played a blinder......... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk -
Nick Clegg and the death of the Liberal Democratic Party.
Lord Duckhunter replied to sadoldgit's topic in The Lounge
The Liberal Democrat’s last leader wasn’t democratic & the one previous wasn’t Liberal. Compared to those 2, Clegg was a colossus. Ashdown, Thorpe, Campbell & Kennedy, I’d say he was pretty decent compared to them as well. At least he wasn’t going senile, stayed faithful , sober and didn’t try to murder his gay lover. The leadership contest is going to be as funny as ****. Lady Nugee already suing the radiant Caroline Flint. Dopey 9 Pinter Jess thinking of standing, along with Clive (on your knees *****) Lewis, and ITV claims that Lammy is considering it. Oh please, please, let it be so. He’s a male Abbott, not only racist, he’s as thick as pig Shiite. http:// Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

“I want to be a doctor”. FFS. What’s BUPA’s number, what an advertisement for “our” NHS. If that was my daughter, I’d get her to have a good bath, wash her mouth out with soap, and teach her some respect. This is what soft arsed leftie parenting gets you. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

If people bothered to read what I originally wrote, I clearly stated the WA was awful. It was awful because parliament blocked no deal for Boris, and May didn’t ever want that outcome. Boris’ WA is awful. What the “it’s the same deal” merchants don’t seem to grasp is that without the backstop we can **** off after the transition. Admittedly, we leave the Mick’s behind, but Boris put that to the people and they wholeheartedly backed him. The point is that now he has a massive parliamentary majority he can threaten to withdraw from trade negotiations and have no deal after any transition, something May’s deal didn’t allow. Now, our side of the argument claimed that a credible threat to walk away gets you a better outcome. The remoaners claimed otherwise. As we now have a credible walk away option (Parliament won’t block it), let’s see who was right. Personally, I think Boris will get a better trade deal now, than he would of with a single figure majority. But we will now get to see. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

We will now get to see who was right. Would a credible threat to walk away get you a better deal. We got an horrendous WA because The Bercow’s, Grieve’s, Coopers, & Letwin’s of the world ensured we couldn’t walk away. With a stonking majority, Boris can credibly threaten to walk away from Trade talks if they won’t give him a decent deal. Let’s see. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Blair is the only labour leader born in the past 100 years who has won an election. Maybe, just maybe, he knows a thing or two about winning elections. You clowns need to get over Iraq, he won an election after going to war. I don’t like the bloke, but Johnson, Straw, Blunkett, etc are head and shoulders above the numpties running the sh it show at the moment. I tell you what is funny as ****. Jezza, one of the biggest euro sceptics of the past 30 years was ****ed by pretending he was “neutral”. ****ing two bit Wolfe Smith...... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Dear god. Watching Newsnight, some dopey bird (who lost to IDS) claiming the “system is rigged”. Also claimed the media had demonised Corbyn, then started arguing with Jack Straw after he was shaking his head. Her final claim, the manifesto was so good , that people didn’t vote for it because they couldn’t believe it. Straw telling her he’d known Corbyn for years and he did “play footsie” with the IRA, and the bird told him “you’re using their lines”. The hatred of him was written all over her face. These clowns are deluded..... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Don’t know if this has been posted earlier, sorry if it has (I can’t be arsed to look back), but It’s impossible not to feel for Alan Johnson. One thing for sure, the Labour Party wouldn’t have been in this mess had he replaced Brown. People bang on about David Milliband, AJ is the best leader they never had. **** me, even I’d vote for him above Major or Heath. Proper bloke. http:// Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
