  1. For all the Boufalettes calling for 10 games in a row . One down, nine to go. I'm sure he'll come good in the end, "he clearly has talent" Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Not just by the club, most supporters as well. ****ing clowns, clueless bunch of idiots. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. How's the change working out? We won't finish 8th again for a number of years. I bet we don't get to another final for a number of years, but feel free to keep deluding yourself. One day you will wake up and smell the coffee. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. So let's look at it: we've played Swansea, West Ham, Wolves Reserves, Huddersfield & Watford. Hardly stellar clubs or difficult games. 4 of which were at home . One win, last minute peno against 10 men. 1 game we've scored in, 1 goal against 11. Those are the facts.Equally the performances have been shocking. OR going backwards, as has JWP, Gabbi, & Davo. Anybody who thinks we're better off now than under Claude is deluded. As the OP states, you reap what you sow. A decent man lost his job, a man who did a bloody good job. 5. The problem is the clowns who didn't appreciate the job Claude Puel did. Whether you liked the style or not, we were a well coached side last season. Of course, some you lot knew better. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. And the EU countries with draconian abortion laws. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Fair point. It was inappropriate for me to offer an opinion & apologise to anyone offended. It was thoughtless. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Did the computer say how we will play. Will it be an exciting 12th, with plenty of goal match action, interesting press conference & happy players? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Why? Because I don't like tributes during the match? I'm all for minutes silence or applause before the game or at half time, I'm all for some sort of memory wall or memorial for supporters. Where does it end, if 3 Saints fans/staff/ex players unfortunately pass away in the same week, do we clap on 24th, 62nd & 71st minute, where does it end. I believe a staff member passed away prior to the West Ham or Swansea game, why was there no tribute. Did that disgust you? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I really dislike these and they're getting more and more prevalent during games. Clearly somebody dying at such a young age is tragic and heartbreaking, but I think these things should be separate from the actual game. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Why are you still fighting the referendum campaign, move on. It's over, finished, your side lost. The country was asked & it gave its answer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I wasn't that keen on JRM,but his natural ability to wind up lefties means he's growing on me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Wonder what Europhile Polly makes of Spain,Ireland's & Malta's abortion laws, Malta's is basically JRM's position Can't recall her mentioning it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. So if you disagree with a law, you have to go f u c k yourself? Good job the older generation fought for what they believed in, rather than f u c k ed themselves, otherwise we wouldn't have legal abortions Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. It's down to when you believe human life to start, conception or 24 weeks. If you believe that it's conception then clearly terminating a pregnancy at 2,3,4 weeks is killing a human life. The law and mainstream opinion clearly believes that there is a point where an unborn baby is a human life, otherwise we would allow termination up to the day of birth. Personally I'm inclined to agree with him, we keep people in a vegetive state alive, but allow a 23 week old foetus to be killed. However on a practical level I support a women's right to choose, because of the harm done if she doesn't (backstreet abortions, suicides, unwanted babies etc). We've let the genie out of the bottle, no putting it back in. So his abortion beliefs are consistent & thought through, whether you agree with them or not. It's certainly more refreshing for him to state these rather than do a Farron fudge. He won't become leader, he's not up to it and hasn't got the required skills. Not that this stopped Corbyn, however, the Tory MP's aren't as ****ing stupid at Labour ones. They have rules in place to stop this, but unlike labour won't circumnavigate them,to allow different arguments to be heard. The party faithful are head bangers, so the 2 candidates presented to them will both be normal establishment figures. How on earth can you send a candidate to the membership that hasn't the support of enough MP's and one that MP's have no confidence in? It just leads to chaos. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. It obviously depends on his attitude. Has he got his head round the fact he's staying until next summer at least, or is he going to be a cock in the Jan window. We can't really welcome him back from Sept to Dec & then have him sit out Jan like a baby. If he's got his head round that, if he's fit, then he's the first name on the team sheet. I'm in the no boo, no cheer camp. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I know for a fact that he's in the side for sat. If he doesn't play, I'm still an itk, but things change quickly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Not hard at all. All you need to do is look at the facts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. What????? 7th then 6th in the 2 years following Cortese, how on earth could we maintain that ? 5th, then 4th , 3rd? Get some realism man. You do realise that this stalled momentum position of 8th is equal to the highest we ever achieved under Cortese? So by your "laughable logic" Les' worst season is equal to Cortese's best Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Fagen & Becker were geniuses and they surrounded themselves with incredible musicians. The only band that me and Mrs Duck both really like. A dozen of their tracks are up there with the very best ever written. My personal favourite is My old school . RIP Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. What's the definition of madness, doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome isn't it? Bearing that in mind I'd go for 2 up top. It can not be a coincidence that we get deja vue every home game. Away is slightly different, but I have no confidence that anything will change, unless we make it. In pretty keen on a back 3 to get 2 strikers, but it can be a shambles if not worked on properly. Therefore I'd go 4-3-1-2. Keeper (unfortunately) & full backs pick themselves. Not sure which centre halves will be fit, and haven't seen Wes play. I'd have a narrow midfield 3 of OR, Lemina & Davo. Tadic in the 10 with Charlie & Gabbi up top. Personally I prefer Long to Charlie as he's quicker, but he can't finish and he may have played 2 full games this week. The watch out is that Charlie & Gabbi don't try to make the same runs (Charlie's being slower), but they're both pretty intelligent players, so should be able to work it out. I'm pretty confident those 2 will bury chances around the box. On paper there looks like a lack of width, but at home the full backs can give us that, provided OR plays like he did last season. I doubt very much whether we'll change much from the normal formation , with Redmond & Tadic either side of Gabbi, & Davo in the 10. But we're struggling for goals at home and Austin knows where the net is. I wouldn't play him away and wouldn't play him against top sides, but when we're going to dominate the ball, let's get him on the pitch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Of course you have to be prepared to walk away, that's your bottom line in any negotiation. If you tell the person you're negotiating with that you will do a deal no matter what, what sort of deal do you think you'll get. **** me, who taught you to negotiate, Forrest Gump? I want to buy your house, but no matter how expensive it gets, I'm not going to walk away without buying it,because I need somewhere to live. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. One negotiated by somebody who won't walk away. Somebody who at the start of the negotiations says "whatever deal you propose we will accept ". In other words, one negotiated by The Labour Party. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Mahrez has been pretty average since wanting away Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. The opposite of "no deal is better than a bad deal", is " a bad deal is better than no deal". I'd have said paying £100 billion a year to trade with the EU was a bad deal and that operating under WTO rules would be better. Clearly the "bad deal is better than no deal" loons don't think so. Thank **** DD is running the negotiations and not them Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
