  1. Looks like they've shot the missing Muslim terrorist in Spain. Wonder if he's enjoying his virgins Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Wouldn't be surprised if he's left out of the England squad Thursday. If that happens perhaps some on here will wake up and smell the coffee. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. He's average. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Where did I call him a "loyal servant" you clueless chump. I bet you were one of the twts giving Bally pelters when he returned with city, of course they changed their tune when he passed away. Can't find anyone now that will admit it. What's he done any different than Lambert? No doubt it's "the way he did it", Lambert's was honourable disloyalty. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Spot on. I've always argued that Venables scandalously under used Matt. Hoddle is the pantomime villain because of the Russian friendly, but at his absolute peak Venables ignored him. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. "Feel sorry for him" is a bit silly really, but showing him some respect is an entirely different thing. **** sake, Mane didn't get booed, Clynne doesn't . Ricky Lambert had us singing a song when he came on to try and score against us. He's a guy who stepped down a level to play for us, played a massive part in 2 promotions & won the Euros as a Saints player. We didn't boo all ex players yesterday, just the one that actually stayed a while and did a ****ing good job, the one passing through on loan, get clapped off. Pathetic . 7. I've been quite critical of birds in football & particularly the BBC pandering to them and over promoting them in their sports coverage. But credit where it's due, I listened to Five live's football daily podcast from Saturday and in particular the results at the end. Some bird read them out and although no James Alexander Gordon, did a bloody good job. Clear, concise, professional voice. Very impressed and it just goes to prove that when given jobs on merit alone they can be impressive. She was as good as any man could be. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I thought it was a bit classless the way he was booed yesterday. I don't know what went on behind the scenes and I've seen some West Ham fans claiming he's an arrogant twt around their club, but I don't think either the club, Claude or Jose handled his departure, and the events leading up to it, particularly well. I was extremely proud of the guy winning the Euros after his journey with us and it was such a shame that within a month or two there was bitterness and distrust. That side that got us two promotions gave me some of my greatest days watching the club and I hope one day in years to come they're all welcome back at the club. I remember the hostility shown towards Bally upon his City return, but that is all forgotten now, I hope it'll be the same for Jose & Lallana. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I've sat in the home end at Anfield, 3 of us , all Saints supporters and nobody gave a shiete. Mind you we did lose 4-2 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I believe scored 5 out of 5 in Italy, including in the champions league, he's our main striker , the peno he missed was placed in the corner & was a good save, yet you wouldn't have him on your list. Dear god ....... As soon as JWP misses one, will he be off your list Austin, Gabbi, JWP in that order. He should of had it yesterday. Tadic is a selfish ****. Would have done wonders for Gabbi, on a hat trick by half time. Banished the one miss of his career to history. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. OR let the guy get a shot away, FF should have gathered it or pushed it wider and Bertrand could have acted quicker Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Boscombes next 2 games are Man C at home & Arsenal away. Could easily be sitting on 0 points middle of sept Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Tough crowd, but Brucie had them in the palm of his hand https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=oqL-jOV194A Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I had a Huddersfield supporter round my house for the Italy game and as he left he said " your boy did well". I've always thought he played ok that night, & no amount of stick he got made me change my mind. As for today. I remember a game at The Dell when Gazza scored a free kick . I think Jones was the keeper, but maybe my memory is wrong. I slagged him off all the way home, only to watch on motd that it was unsavable, so I've always tried (and frequently failed ) to reserve judgment on keepers till I've seen the reply. My gut feeling today was FF should have pushed it further wide. Having watched the reply, I actually think a top quality keeper wouldn't have spilled it. It wasn't a good a save as I thought it was in real time. I'm probably biased because I think the blokes average at best, but that's my view Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Opinions seem to range from one extreme to the other. Very hard to make too many judgements, it's his first game in England & against 10 men for most of it. I thought he was ok, nothing spectacular but steady enough. The big tests will come when Silva, Micky T & others are drifting into the 10 position or when top sides hit us on the transition. OR was superb last couple of years, but it took him a while to find his feet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Wenger's press conference is funny. He stated that "after losing like that you can only blame yourself ". Before going on to complain about the referee not giving a peno & the disallowed goal. A disallowed goal which showed the Lino made an absolutely fantastic call. Probably more by luck than judgement, but offside none the less. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Got out of jail there. Second half was woeful, safe lazy football. Only the 2 centre halves really put the effort required in. They may have looked dodgy defensively (and I know that's what they're paid for) but at least they tried to break the lines. Stephens, with the ball a couple of times & Yoshida bursting forward a couple of times before he was fouled. Although why the bloke fouled him is beyond me, he should have just given him a free header as he'll miss every time. Everybody else was just recycling the ball, side to side, up to Gabbi than back, then side to side. Pretty much the same as last year. It started the end of the first half. FF at fault imo. But did you see the 3 or so minutes after that? Dawdling about, corner that took an age to take. Attitude was defo, "we've won this". Shocking, no surprise they came out and stuck it to us. Early on we looked good. Gabbi's movement is fantastic, but we delay passing to him too much. Probably a hangover from last season's style, but we need to play him in down the sides more & earlier than we do. Tadic on the Pen, WTF. Gabbi should take them if Austins off. Even the ones he scores are heart in mouth moments. Antonio a real handful, it's what we're missing, a direct powerful runner. At the end of the day, we deserved a win last week & a draw this, so can't really complain. MoTM is a tough one as nobody shone all game. Yoshida for his effort & winning the Peno or Charlie for sticking it away. Never any doubt he was going to score, if Tadic had picked the ball up, I think I'd have ****ed off home. 18. Clueless, Lambert (4) Lambert (25) is that code? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Mentioned in plenty of reports Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. My old man was a Building society manager in the early 70's. He came Home one day & had a conversation with my mum saying that he thought he'd ****ed up. He'd ok'd a builders mortgage for 17k and was having second thoughts. In those days it was entirely down to him, within certain criteria, and he was on the hook if the bloke defaulted. Of course fast forward 25 years & 17k didn't seem like a lot of money. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. 4 shot in Cambrils tonight attempting another attack, great work by the Spainish police. If the religion of peace decided to turn violent, we're really ****ed. Although maybe I shouldn't jump to any conclusions, this one could be 4 Norwegians with mental health issues. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. This is what Abi Wilkinson a Guardian writer tweeted earlier "Britain has a problem with men raping girls" is a statement that better describes the situation, that's the thing. These people are ****ing lunatics. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. What a ridiculous way to judge if someone "gets it". Their other posts, nothing to do with footballs gay problem "I think JWP is an average player".....you ****kng homophobe. "We should play 3-5-2 formation"..... Stop with your anti gay agenda. "Has anyone got a spare Palace ticket"......Ban the Nazi Please explain what the "it" is? This week a referee came out, that's pretty ****kng brave, but it would be if a ref had said he liked old Grannies or fat birds. I don't see why a club employee feels the need to announce to the world his sexual preferences. Not because I'm uncomfortable with them, but because it's boring and pointless. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Hope not, want to see them slug it out around Europe, playing Thurs-Sunday, for nothing. Nice defeat in the quarters or semis would be nice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. How many points would we have dropped in the meantime. By the time he decides to do what he's paid for we could be out the League cup & dropped 4 or 5 points we'd have gained had he been playing. It makes me laugh that some supporters will abuse people doing their absolute best, Puel for one, but are quite happy to forgive someone who is taking the Mick and doesn't want to play. Not only that he compounded the issue by playing the victim with that pathetic statement trying to paint the club in a poor light. People are getting hot & bothered about Mick Quim or Jamie Redknapp disrespecting the club, or plenty of other pundits & writers. Yet the person who is showing more disrespect than them all added together is to be "welcomed back". **** off, not by me he's not. I'd rather see him sit in the stands but if he does deem us worthy of his great talent again, I'll ignore the **** even if he scores. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
