When you're short staffed the reason is either a lack of training or under paying the staff. Because of immigration there is no need to address either.

I agree with all the moaners on here. Had foster not wasted so much time Pelle would have had more time to miss at least 2 more sitters. The simplest way to stop the opposition time wasting is to score first.

And what about the countries they leave behind **** em , let's get the brightest and the best over here paying taxes to look after our elderly, and boost our economy and **** their own people. Why train thousands of doctors and midwives when other countries can train them for us. We'll just nick them once their home countries have spent money training them. Hell , its no it like India or Poland need skilled medical professionals. Let's have thousands of our own youngsters out of work and get young immigrants to pay the taxes that pay their benefits.

When you're struggling for goals you can't go giving away one at the start, which we've now done 2 games running. Poor free kick given away by Gardos , then a poor clearing header. Clynne , Mane and Pelle particularly poor , pelle had 2 sitters, he's shot and needs leaving out. Bertram played well and fair play to Ron for making the change of system early. At the end of the day , we were too weak. I thought we were very soft, being bullied off the ball and giving it away in their half too easily. Another battle ahead Tuesday and a few , Mane in particularly, need to man up.

It doesn't really matter the rights and wrongs of immigration or whether the uk is too crowded. The simple fact is that it should be for the British people to decide how many people settle here, just as it should be for the German people to decide Germany's immigration policy or the yanks to manage theirs. The establishment have given away that right and therefore it doesn't matter a jot what any British MP, any British voter or any British citizen ( or subjects as I believe we're still defined as) think. There are 26 countries whose citizens have as much right to live in these fair islands as you or me, and there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it.

I read a few articles on a similar thing years ago. Then it wasn't called a citizens income and the idea came from the right of politics. It was basically that the state paid everybody a set amount , and it was then up to the individual to use this amount to buy insurance against unemployment , health insurance , and pay into a pension for old age. There would then be no welfare state , and it would be cheaper to administer than means testing everyone . It was an interesting idea for a discussion but the practicalities are that some people will spend it and not use it as a safety net. It could only work if everybody in the country was sensible and understood the importance of saving for a rainy day. The Greens seem to have taken this idea from a " small state" and money saving one into a lifestyle choice one. Their ideas is you can drop out of work or work less because of it, and we'll still have a welfare state. Therefore under them it'll always be too expensive in reality, whereas the " right wing" version was" allegedly" cost saving ( providing everybody used it for the purpose that was intended)

Its 2015 , and in 2015 its not for people who use a word to decide whether its offensive or not . If people are offended , then its offensive. If I called one of my employees that particular word and they complained I'd face disciplinary action which would probably lead to the sack . If that particular person had downs or another disability there would be no doubt at all, I'd be straight out the door.

His movement is appalling for a modern centre forward , he just plays in straight lines, never runs the channels and never ever pulls off onto the full backs. You don't need to be a speed merchant to have movement that'll worry centre halves , Rickie was one paced as is Andy Carroll , but they don't just stand up against the centre half and make it easy for him . Long would have caused their back 3 more problems than he did yesterday , it was all so predictable . All Skertal had to do was stand in the same area and head the ball away time after time after time . He was never made to turn , never dragged into areas he didn't want to play in . Taken me this long to have the heart to read this forum . Really frustred and disappointed . The pens, I thought both the early ones were , but didn't see handball from the corner . I also thought the fonte one was as well . I haven't watched any replays so just relying on what I saw. Graham Poll was on H&J and he said second one of ours and Fonte one were "stonewalls " and bad refereeing errors. As for the game , they were there for the taking , but when you're struggling for goals a stunning early one against is a real kick in the balls. We played ok until the final 3rd , where we just lack that extra quality the other top 4 chasers have . The free kick where Morgan didn't shoot summed it up for me . For the first time this season I thought Ron picked the wrong side . I'd have had Reed instead of jwp , and Steve Davis had a poor game .

Thankfully I think you're right, as on the right bird it's a great look. But on the wrong one it's horrendous . Whether people feel that the rules should mean a sending off in those circumstances , is open to debate . But that's a debate about changing the interpretation of what constitutes denial of a goal scoring opportunity. Weds game was played under the existing interpretation and the ref made a clear and obvious error. Look at the RB one or the Bentake one against Spurs , both quite harsh . But they were never going to be overturned as they weren't clear errors of fact , they were subjective decisions . In trying to get consistency from game to game they are trying to make denial of a goal scoring opportunity less subjective , less about does the ref think he'll score and more about is X Y & Z happening . Mane proberly would have scored, but would Yoshida or JWP from the exact same situation. Once you start breaking from the guidelines and allow refs to decide if they think somebody will score , they'll be even more confusion .

Exactly, and that's why it was overturned. To overturn a red card the referee has to have made a " clear and obvious error" . There is no grey area in overturning a red card , no " I've seen them given" type decisions . It will only be overturned if it was " clear and obvious " that the referee interrupted the rules wrongly . Yet people are still on here arguing about it FFS.

If he scores and celebrates I hope we're not going to have a thread on here moaning about it . Personally , I'd have more respect for the guy if he does an Adebayor rather than not celebrate . Why are people still arguing over this . A neutral independent body ( as in not saints or west ham supporters) using video evidence overturned it. There is no grey area , red cards can only be overturned if the referee has made a clear and obvious error. Therefore as the rules stand , it was clearly not a red card however much people try and claim it was .

Nonsense . "Damaging the game" , talk about seeing things through red and white glasses. The FA don't even appoint referees , so you're way off the mark there . Graham Poll was on the radio the other day talking about the decision . His view , as a neutral and as a professional referee was that . It could have easily been given a foul by Mane on the keeper in the first place ,and Mane didn't have full control of the ball and wasn't facing the goal when the keeper handled . I don't think it was as bad as some have made out . Yes it was frustrating and was really 2 points dropped but I didn't think we played that badly . Pelle clearly needs a goal .As well as yoshida did , we missed the attacking full back from that side , particularly when they were down to 10 . You can not transfer votes cast under one system and come up with a result under another . Everybody went into the polling booth knowing it was FPTP and their votes were cast on that basis . Are you seriously trying to claim that nobody voted tactically . The lib/dumbs did ok in my area and labour bombed . This was purely and simply because the lib/dumbs hovered up the anti Tory vote. Replicate that all over the country , both anti Tory and anti labour and their vote is higher than their actual support . Just to equate their share of the vote in a FPTP election , to seats in a pr system is way too simplistic . The lib dems don't really want PR , they know that they can fight Tories on the right and labour on the left at present . Their USP was they weren't labour and they weren't Tory . If they really believed in it , surely they'd have made a referendum on it a red line in the coalition talks . Why fanny around with AV, that's not a proportional system . At least the big two parties are honest about it, the libs just bang on about PR , it's a smokescreen And has been nonsense since the Gang of Four joined the sandal wearers . The euro elections are fought on a PR basis , remind me how they got on in that. What are their poll ratings ? The only thing that keeps them in business is the FPTP system .

I bet all the lefties calling for PR soon change their tune when they realise it'll give UKIP 20% of English MP's. I've never really understood why the lib/dumbs call for PR, as I believe a large portion of their votes are against other parties rather than for them. My mate is a staunch leftie, but votes lib/dumb because it may keep the tories out. He wouldn't need to under PR costing Clegg a vote, multiply that all over the country and they end up with a handful of MP's. I keep hearing the problem with Westminster is MP's are " out of touch" . How is breaking the link between the MP , your vote for him and individual constituencies going to help that. The party lists will be stuffed full of yes men , and the election will be dominated by a presidential type personality competition between a handful of top party figures. Who is your MP to complain to, who is the guy representing your community ? The answer to too much centralisation is not to give even more power to the party leadership. It is for backbenchers to hold the Executive to account ( something Bercows done quite well with helping ) , local MPs to reflect local opinion and people to vote for the best candidate . I'd vote Labour if the local candidate was the calibre of Frank Field, Kate Hoey or Simon Danczuk . Not to keep anyone out but because I believe they would best represent me in parliament. If people are worried about " fairness" then our electrol system is way down the list. Let's start with our unelected head of state, let's treat England equally and let's stop the establishment stuffing the second chamber with unelected cronies.
