Ross Wilson has been responsible for scouting and recruitment since 2015, from which time we have witnessed a succession of failed transfers, bizarre contract decisions and extremely poor transfer windows. Reed is ultimately responsible as Wilson reports into him but you have to question what on earth the guy is thinking and whether in reality he is just not very good at his job. Poor decisions have cost the club millions, he is lucky to still be in a job imo.

After the near miss last season we needed revolution not evolution - at least 10 of the players in the current squad should have been shipped out with a new spine and pace brought in. Sadly Les, Ralph and Ross have been found wanting in all areas. The finger of blame should pointing at them.
