You'll Never Walk Again, 'innit?
-
Nah sorry mate. I don't think they can get credit.
-
Bugger. We're gonna have to lock the thread and start a new one
-
The only downside I can see is that Chelsea don't see us as one of their rivals.
-
Good question. Good job all those new training facilities were free for starters.
-
He said it was all available for transfer fees and wages. He didn't say it all had to be spent in this window. At least not on the interview I listened to on talk sport. Having to spend it all in the next month would be madness

I'm just about to roast a chicken. I'm doing the stuffing, and it says I should add a knob of butter. Can somebody please tell me how big a knob is?

Does anybody have corsacar saint's mobile number? I need to send him a text
-
Believe it or not, I'm watching it (again) right now.
-
Not really. As long as Saints supporters give them a welcome it doesn't really matter what saintsweb forum users think.

...unless we sell him to United, in which case he's only about five games away from being Lionel Messi.
-
Tell us how this "none selling until there's a replacement signed up" works then, with a guarantee that we don't end up with both. Or neither.

Keep taking the pills Nick. They're starting to work

Better than no money in the bank, tho'. I'm sure there are a dozen or so PL clubs would sell their granny to be in our position.

Have you never stopped to wonder why, after repeating yourself a million times, some people still don't agree with you?

Robinson owns the land. He bought it from the Administrator (Miland Developments or whatever it was called). The land is currently not zoned for retail, and has development controls under the local plan (not, as far as we know, restrictive covenants which would be in the Deeds and a bit more cumbersome to remove). Best guess is that PCC "agreed" to relax it's controls relating to sporting use and permit retail as long as PFC don't object. PFC agreed not to object in exchange for a backhander. All purely academic if Tesco don't want to build a store there. Then it just reverts back to a light industrial brownfield wasteland invaded by hooligans on a regular basis, and with "difficult" planning restrictions. My guess is, if Tesco pull out and no other store is interested to step in, that Robinson's next best option is not to have a "football arena" as a neighbour. I wonder if they still owe him money, and what would happen if they default on their payments?

Lambert, Shaw, Lallana, Lovren, Chambers, Schneiderlin, Rodriguez....
hutch replied to hypochondriac's topic in The Saints
No need to apologise. I don't blame you -
Liverpool are determined to buy their way to 8th place this year, aren't they?
-
Well that's it then. If we have to end up playing Clyne at right back then were absolutely screwed.
-
I'm getting a bit confused here. Can somebody help me out please. Are they inept because they are making too much money, or because they are not making enough? I need to know, so I know when to shout boooooo.

Coz it makes a change from getting concerned about a post by a random Cardiff fan

But you can't question democracy surely? He was selected by literally hundreds of trade union members.

Need to make sure you give them a good pesticide spray with cropdusters as well. Apparently there's a small possibility of an outbreak of Spendiflorus Millibandia next year.
