  1. You don't half post some ****e.
  2. What a spazz!
  3. TBF these stories have been in Private Eye for months and months.... I don't know why people buy newspapers. They are ****e.
  4. Apparently Sven Goran Eriksson is the favourite to take over.
  5. Breaking someone's nose is clearly ABH. The attack was unprovoked - an aggravating factor. The attack was a headbut - according to guidelines this is usually "worse" than a punch. To give a caution is inexplicable. I will be writing to the police and the local MP about this expressing my disgust. Meanwhile people get a year for shaking a fence or stealing a bottle of water. Utterly disgusting.
  6. That should sound quality (on telly and at the ground).
  7. Jaidi, Frazer, Chappers, Fonte, Sir Ricky. Subs: Hammond, Guly, Barnard, Fabrice Fernandes
  8. I would love a sea of red flares. Would be brilliant.
  9. And to think there are lots of idiots on here who have previously said he should be picked ahead of KD. clueless.

    Resignations

Haha! I wondered where that had gone.... I've been offered a job in London in a strong practice and I've been wanting to relocate for a while so it's a good fit. Just need to decide where to live but I've got about three months to think about it.

    Resignations

Yesterday, I resigned. It was a dignified, humble, almost moving experience. It made me think. I thought, "I bet some of the characters on the forum have some interesting resignation anecdotes". Was I right?
  12. Aaron Martin's local. He will hate skates. Nothing to worry about.
  13. "pointless and sarcastic comment" - someone ban this **** called Baj.
  14. Yes, let's cut the immaturity and stick to posting errant nonsense in capitals to try to make our utterly ignorant points. Cheats. Thickos. Fantasists. Laughing stocks. That's you, that is.
  15. What a knob.
  16. Lol at all the pathetic Danny Dyers making out this is some sort of dangerous mission into enemy territory. Grow up you sad losers.
  17. This thread illustrates the appalling lack of literacy in this country. Ps. The copper seems like a knob.
  18. Hacker Young are the owners of CSI's share in PFC?! Now why would that be? A guess... Chanrai held a legal charge over CSI's shares as security for CSI's obligations to pay him something or other (can be found out by those bothered to download the Particulars of Charge from Companies House). CSI default (something to do with some criminal investigation involving a Russian chap or whatnot). Chanrai enforces charge and exercises his right to take ownership of the shares. Chanrai appoints his favourite firm of financial luminaries as nominee legal owner of his shares. Dear Skates, your "new" beneficial owner is... *drum roll*... Mr Balram Chanrai! Jolly well done! Over to you Mr Azougy.... Like I said, just a guess but Administrators aren't in the habit of acquiring shares in companies they are working with.

    Gary Speed

Why are people diagnosing someone they've never met and know very little about with "depression"? Highly speculative. Seems more like a so-called "cry for help", that went wrong, linked to a specific crisis (but then I am just speculating too). Either way, that's not to say it isn't a deeply sad thing and not to say there isn't something overwhelmingly unrational about it. But can we be spared the sanctominy, please?
  20. Completely agree. Any Saints fan who buys anything at Fratton is a disgrace.
  21. Haven't checked myself but wasn't Chanrai's security over CSI supposed to have been registered as recently as a week or two ago? Now, it might be perfectly legit but it will certainly be subject to potential challenge from other creditors of CSI. If a company is on the brink of insolvency it can't simply do a deal with a particular creditor to give that creditor priority over the others. There is a thing called the "relevant period" in the run up to insolvency. If it turns out the company was in fact insolvent during the relevant period then the security granted during that period can possibly be unwound. This is what's known as granting a creditor a "preference" under the Insolvency Act '86. Andronikou has a duty to look into this (lol). I'm posting in a hurry but if anyone with more time wants to verify this point and post the relevant statutory extract for the interest of our other esteemed members then just Google "preference insolvency act" and you'll probably find the relevant stuff. In short, I'm saying that a recently registered charge over CSI may well stink.
  22. Both goals? He was doing a cracking impression of Lallana for the first.
  23. Indeed, and The Guardian ought to know a thing or two about using offshore arrangements to avoid tax.
  24. This can't be correct. Corp Ho said Chanrai had no security over Pompey any more (despite posting a document that clearly indicated the contrary).
  25. It's between Temple Meads and the ground so is not out of your way. About a twenty minute walk from each. It's got a decent website, give it a Google. Nice pub that overlooks the waterfront, you can stand out the front with a pint and watch the boats and rowers go past.
