True, but without Bailey, Roussow, Dawson, Vince, and Carberry there's a good chance they'd lose at Lord's. And with Somerset looking like they'll beat Lancs we'd then be in the thick of a relegation battle.
It certainly isn't new, but I've rarely seen such an appalling Saints' performance as the first 45 minutes on Saturday. In fairness the second half was better. It was terrible as opposed to ****ing terrible.
