Yes he is. And what's really aggravating is that they (Leicester) have benefited from very few injuries over the last 2 seasons (I doubt they would've won the league if they had a normal run of injuries last season). My respect for them has disappeared, and I now would be quite pleased if they go down.
I think away goals should count ten-fold*. That way, if we lose 2-1 (after bloody extra time) we'll win the tie 11-2 on aggregate. Take that you scousers.
* If the aggregate scores are level
The rule, under which away goals count double if a two-legged tie ends with the aggregate scores level, was introduced into European competition in the Cup Winners' Cup in 1965-66.

The part in bold has to be added if someone says away goals count double.
If they're using away goals counting double* in this competition, it should be after 90 minutes, not extra time, just like they've done for over 50 years in Europe.
* if the aggregate scores are level
I think this is mainly due to the absense of Mane, rather than Puel's tactics. Long had his best games with Mane next to him. The 2 often paired up superbly. The same may be true of Tadic without Mane and Pelle.
Even against Spurs we outclassed them for the first quarter of the match with some superb attacking football, and were deservedly 1 up (and possibly would've been more than 1 up with a quality striker). Then they equalised against the run of play and the wheels fell off.
If I were a Foxes fan I'd want Ranieri knighted, given the keys to the city, and a huge statue of him built at the entrance of the stadium. Even if they get relegated. Greatest sporting achievement in history in my opinion.
League cup and FA cup double, not cup and league double. It seems Arsenal are the only ones.
I'd be very happy with just one cup this season. I'm not greedy.
And guess who's bottom? Again. With just 1 player a slight doubt.
I say bring in Nasty Nigel as our fitness/sports science coach. He seems to have set up something special up there. Either that, or they are extremely lucky with injuries. Just like they were last year.
I think both managers had a coin toss before the match, with the understanding that the loser of the toss would throw it in time added on if it was still a draw at 90 minutes.
