Sounds very tasty. But remember, if their results are expunged West Ham will lose 6 points, others up there will lose 3 or more, but we only lose 1.

Ask your wife or girlfriend to name saints players.....

Mrs. Munster knows (and admires) MLT from the times she was willing to watch a Saints on TV with me a decade or so ago. She also remembers "Van Damme" (as she referred to Jeff Kenna) and "Duck face" (as she referred to Dowie) from that era. -
Actually a Brum win, with Cheats FC going into liquidation later this month, and all their results expunged, would be my first choice. My second choice would be a Cheats FC win, followed later this month with a 50 point penalty for being DFCSBs (making the win redundant).

He's really struggling with a knee injury apparently.

I think "Pompey are an attractive proposition with a quality squad and their new ground could be considered as a 2018 World Cup venue, if England win the right to host it" may have been a bit of a giveaway.

We are not asking to be let off paying. Every effort to accommodate HMRCs concerns about a pause incurring additional debt is being made, including staff forging their salaries. Regards, Miss MoneyPenny Or maybe she meant "foraging for their salaries"? I think the "V" in Cheats FC's CVA stands for the V's they have been flicking over the past years at the taxpayers, charities, small businesses, other clubs, the PL and the FL. Hmm ..... guess the 6 letter word riddle. "Honest"? (Or am I guilty of being stupid?) You're on a slippery slope there. Trying to correct Mack's (deliberate) misspellings would be like trying to empty a bath tub with a thimble.

Simple, give her TCWTB's address. If the posh bovver-boys turn up, we'll have a laugh. On the other hand, if Sid's eloquent prose stirred something in her ample bosom and she turns up, we may not hear from Miss Money Penny for quite a while.

David Cameron mentions Saints v Pompey rivalry in the house today.

If only there was a thread to discuss PFC and their financial situation... -
But an application to bring forward £2.5m in parachute payment instalments cannot be ruled out — and it would be in the interests of football chiefs to keep Pompey alive until at least the end of the season. The last thing the PL would want is for the DFCSBs to scrape into the playoffs, and somehow get promoted to foul their league once again. Forwarding £2.5 million to the Cheats, to keep them going until the end of the season, would make that a possibility (remote, but not impossible). On the other hand, if they refuse, it would make going up for that cesspit of a club virtually impossible (teams going into liquidation half way through a season tend to have a hard time getting promoted ). Hmmm let's see, forward Cheats FC £2.5 and risk them coming back to haunt you, or tell them to f**k off? Tough choice that ....

At least he's cup tied.

http://www.eadt.co.uk/sport/ipswich-town/grant_leadbitter_and_damien_delaney_linked_in_five_man_pompey_swoop_1_1191208 With just 48 hours left of the January transfer window, we understand Paul Jewell would be happy to let both his skipper and experienced defender join Pompey if it tipped the balance in his hunt for Jason Pearce, Joel Ward and keeper Stephen Henderson. While Delaney might be offered in just a loan deal until the end of the season, Leadbitter could be allowed to leave Town on a free. Despite being the club captain, the midfielder has often struggled to live up to his £2.6million price tag and it seems likely he will leave Ipswich anyway when his contract runs out at the end of the season. The sticking-point could be Leadbitter and Delaney’s reluctance to join a club in turmoil. I don't think "in turmoil" is quite the correct phrase. I think the sticking point for Cheats FC skating around the transfer embargo is that players are probably a little bit reluctant to join a club that cannot pay its players. If Krap Nottarf or TCWTB isn't a turn off, that certainly is.

If Etuhu asks for a one to one meeting with Limpitt to "discuss" not being paid, then he (Limpitt) would be well advised to have some muscle present to protect himself. I wonder if Voldemort would volunteer?

In fairness he did have a plan ... the JoCa. Not only that, he also had a plan B; to have TCWTB and the rest of the few selling their caravans to come up with £5 million. I'm not sure what plan C is, but I look forward to it with great anticipation.

Good morning fellow PTS nutjobs. Did I miss anything while I was sleeping? Apart from the 1000th page, anything else of interest? Like Cheats FC being liquidated, for example?
