The amount of times some of our players slipped over was ridiculous - especially Lallana. Don't they wear studs? My impression was that Stoke did not slip over as often. All seems rather silly.

A rather mixed start to the season - just when I thought oor batting had improved we fell to pieces again. We really must get greater consistency.

I will be very surprised if he doesn't stay - but perhaps he might start being a bit more polite and courteous to people - unlikely but you never know!

Cortese has upset an awful lot of people - so why should he exclude the Liebherr family and the trust? This rumour has been around for at least two or three months - ever since Adkins got summarily dismissed. the rumour is that the family did not like the way this was done and the general level of discourtesy that Cortese shows to all and sundry. They want to clip his wings and try to get him to stop falling out with everyone - perfectly understandable I would have thought. Saints existed before Cortese and will continue to exist after Cortese too.

Anything could happen. Saturday showed how vulnerable we are against pace and strength. We could lose heavily but might manage a draw.

He was very poor - no protection for Lambert etc - lots of shirt pulling and niggling by WBA. If he had blown up for the fouls on Ramirez then he wouldn't have tried to shrug the WBA bloke off and got sent off and neither would Fortune for WBA. Poor refereeing.

We were very poor - never got going - I would say it was our worst display all season. My fellow season ticket holder can'tget to the Stoke game and we agreed that there are some players that he won't see playign for us again.

It all seems rather odd.

I have got a lot of time for Fox - but he is not a top level PL left back. How many times has he headed the ball straight into the centre of our defence - he was one of the main weaknesses at the start of the season. He would do very well in the championship.
