  1. Lowe might be resigning from the Leisure Holdings Board but he's still a executive director on the Football Board. All is not over and Robert the Bruce retreated 3 times before returning and winning outright. Lowe would not give up that easily and if you ask me, Crouch, Wilde and Lowe have never stopped working together since the financial dilemma appeared on the scene, despite all the public rantings and playacting to fool the punters.

I second this and further point out that it is the one sensible and decent post that has appeared on the site in months. I long to be able to stand tall and shout out from the rooftops" FREE AT LAST.FREE AT LAST!
  3. Kept down by Blackstock and Davies in the playoffs now the scenario of them playing out a repeat on the last day of the season leaves a nasty taste in my mouth. No chance of Blackstock doing what James Beattie did last season by being injured for the game.
  4. Appears the Mirror could be in big trouble for breaking the court enforced silence on the Alfie Patten story. Here's the explanation of what happened and how the story is still available across the world. http://www.currybet.net/cbet_blog/2009/03/press_and_google.php
  5. Hahaha!!! :D:D British's worst kept secret is revealed. Little Alfie ain't the daddy!!! DNA test proves he wasn't the father. Now all it needs is for Nathan Dyer to be linked and this will go down as the news story of the century! http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/top-stories/2009/03/26/exclusive-dna-tests-show-boy-dad-alfie-patten-is-not-the-daddy-115875-21227974/
  6. Fat lot of good the powerful investments and purchasing did to the Skates in the identical position. They haven't been relegated just yet but there seems to be one common denominator to the demise of both teams despite taking completely different decisions on moving forward.
  7. Or mob lynch, hang, draw and quarter Football Club Chairman like Rupert Lowe, who's been professing his innocense for as long as I can remember.
  8. I hereby nominate KEITH LEGG and JANET FORMBY. Amen!
  9. One wonders whether it's Wotte's insistance on the players living like monks might not be behind the players lack luster performances. All work and not play etc.. where some teams under pressure get taken for a sunshine break to perk up the spirits. Surely Flybe can lay on a bit of excitement for the boys!
  10. Here are Microsofts instructions in French. I've used a translator at the end to repeat what I posted above. You can solve this problem by recreating the system pagefile . For that, proceed as follows: Click on STARTr. Click with the right button on My Computer or Work station. Click on Propriétés. Under Advanced, in the section Performances, click on Settings. In the section Virtual Memory, click on Modifier. For Size of the file d' exchange for the selected reader, click on No exchange file, then on Défine. Click on OK when l' following warning s' post: If the system pagefile on volume ?: an initial size of less than xx megabytes has, then the system could be unable to create a file d' information of debugging if an irremediable error occurs. Do you want to continue all the same? (X represents the letter of reader and the xx quantity of RAM installed on your computer minus 1 megabyte.) Click on Taille managed by the system. Click four times on OK, then start again l' computer when you are invited there.
  11. It might have something to do with the System memory file which controls performance. I had a similar problem having procured a second hand desktop recently as a back up. I decided to add 1Giga of Ram and had the same problem. You have to right click My Computer, go into the Properties, thengo the Advanced Properties, Performance then Settings snd the Advanced Tag there where you'll see Virtual Memory at the bottom. Click on Modify then choose the button No Exchange File or whatever it's called in English. Then click the Define button and the PageSys. file will be deleted. Click okay then repeat the same procedure a couple of times and restart your computer. Windows starts up a new Page Sys file. Return to the Virtual Memory again but this time click on Allow Windows or rather the System to manage. Click on Define and then okay. Apply and restart your computer. It should, all going well, then recognise you extended RAM. Good luck. I know how frustrating it was prior to finding out this little simple trick.
  12. A recent article about Rory Delap mentioned that part of their home success came from a decision to narrow the pitch. He may not be playing but maybe Anthony Pullis is doing something useful afterall. We'd better keep an eye on the goal posts from now on. We are desperate and lawd knows what else they're going to try next.
  13. I've been telling my frog friends for days they ought to do a DNA test on the kid as he's problably only covering up for some other guy who might get into trouble for getting a 15 year old pregnant. Now it seems two other boys have come forward and signed testaments stating they too had sex with the girl. So it looks like a DNA test will be carried out after all. The plot thickens. I wonder where BWP and Nathan were 9 months ago. http://www.google.com/hostednews/ukpress/article/ALeqM5hsJWPIbNNNcPxOcdoL-YGgukWXVA
  14. What a season for Southern Clubs! Pompey relegation candidates from the Premiership Saints relegation candidates from the Championship Brighton relegation candidates from League One Bournemouth relegation candidates from the League The only way forward financially and to be in anyway competive in today's game is for Saints and Bournemouth to merge and for Pompey and Brighton to merge. I don't think we are too far off seeing such a scenario in some shape or form taking place.
  15. I believe neither Crouch, Lowe or Wilde were responsable for Pearson getting a new contract or not. It was all dictated by the BANK. They came up with the amount we could afford and whilst Crouch was still in charge no approval was forthcoming.
  16. Added to the remaining clowns in the photo on this page at the official site, you'd say the Crazy Gang had taken over http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/articles/article.php?page_id=11325&cp=9

  18. If Pullis has decided to help out Norwich then we should tell that load of deadwood son of his Anthony he can F U C K Off back to daddy. If anything they could have made a gesture and let Davies come back to us on loan. All will hang on the salary Davies is asking for and therefore we'd stand no chance.
  19. Following a nervous breakdown he is currently in Scotland undergoing treatment. Check out the patient list at the Crichton Royal psychiatric rehabilitation and support section in Dumfries. (Telephone 0387 702 060) And seeing the transfer window's been extended by 24 hours due to weather conditions those crowing " I told you so " ought to hold their horses. In the meantime Nathan Dyer only needs to do a raid on the Swansea dressing room and he'll get sent back and his loan cancelled. Elsewhere Stoke have added yet another ex Saints star to their line up. Beattie, Fuller and now Henri Camara leading the attack. Shame Rory's got injured and suspended. Must be something to do with the magnetic effect of red and white stripes.
  20. Obviously the News of the World got this from the story about Crouch ready to return with a proved English manager lined up. Although a Scot he could be said to be a proved England manager. Just who is the manager Crouch had lined up? I certainly hope not David Pleat as mentioned yesterday. Some are confusing Pleat and David Platt on this board. If Saints get relegated then I believe Lowe and Wilde will be obliged to step down and who else other than Crouch could at present step into their shoes?
  21. Photo from one of the many PRO LOWE PRO WILDE marches across Europe today
  22. Without doubt Pleat is the proved English manager that Leon Crouch has lined up. Another ex Skate/ North London Youbbo to ensure we will get relegated. Of course Pleat comes with Hoddle's approval (....I don't think!!)
  23. You've obviously not heard that Scotland has the largest number of Chinese Restaurants and Take aways per square mile in Europe. Therefore you will find we don't have Black people in Scotland!

    Who's who

Is Stuart Henderson still here? Are you indeed Jan, ladysaint? I am surprised that you of all persons asks if Stewart Henderson is still here. He is in charge of the Academy team according to the Official site match reports at the weekend
  25. Only positive thoughts Jan, for today it's Chinese New Year and thinking bad or sad things will only bring about misfortune in the coming Year of the Ox. The Year of the Ox we previously celebrated in 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997 and now this year 2009 so draw your own conclusions. A Happy, Healthy and very Prosperous New Year of the Ox to all true Saints supporters.
