So is this the line up? Gazza Cedric - Fonte - VVD - Bertrand Yoshida Wanyama - Romeu - Davis Mane - Long Not really sure what Yoshida's role is today. Unless he's left back again and push Cedric midfield?

On religious grounds? Because it's unnecessary. People of different backgrounds are quite capable of getting on together. Shun half the world, draw lines between us and you're asking for tension and probably poor productivity for everyone involved. -

A robust them and us policy? Not sure that would have solved anything long term. -
Surprised no-win-no-fee lawyers are taking this up. Presumably they think he has a case worth pursuing? Can't see it myself. Unless the publicity for the law firm in this infamous case is worth the effort - all publicity is good publicity?

Zero service to Pelle.

Similar finish to Kolarov's Saturday. Stek will be annoyed.
-
Glad to see Cedric on the list. Hope Caulker can continue where he left off Saturday. The usual hoping that Lallana has a shocker and Mane runs rings round Lovren. More confident now. 3-2 Saints.

The little I saw of him, he reminded me a bit of Jermaine Wright.

Lack of Pelle should mean fewer long balls forward then.

I think it's a good opportunity to show some camaraderie with France after what happened.

Terrorist Attacks - WARNING: CONTAINS DISTRESSING IMAGES

We bomb them, they bomb us. Isn't responding with further violence towards IS in Syria or elsewhere likely to increase the likelyhood of an escalation of terror in Europe? Ok I'm not sure IS are ready or suitable for negociation, but shouldn't the West be looking at de-escalating the situation somehow rather than moving ever closer to a holy war? I'm not sure we can beat IS using violence. They will just fight fire with more fire. -
If it's just about the money, I'd have thought even with donations from family/friends "assisting someone with their illness", they wouldn't need to be furnished with all the explicit details and therefore wouldn't be implicated. Maybe that's the point though, that she shouldn't need to act undercover in all this and should be able to be honest about her intentions.

In the news again today after a Welsh lady died at Dignitas. Two daughters may face questioning over "assisted suicide" but say they have no regrets. http://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/welsh-mother-ended-life-dignitas-10410426 What I don't get is why this lady, and same for most other cases, needs "assistance". If she can operate a computer, which nearly every one can do, even with disabilities, then she can arrange herself suitable disabled transport to the airport, without disclosing to the taxi why she's going if necessary, and again once in switzerland. Maybe she could even pay for personal assistance for the day, with minimal information to the carer to protect them if she wants. All costs money of course, but even if she asked her family or friends for money to help her with her illness without disclosing exactly what for then I think you'd be hard pushed to start any legal proceedings. Even if the family knew why she was going and even if they wanted to travel with her, I don't see that under these circumstances they would fall foul of any assisting the suicide laws as every action would have been organised and initiated by the person with the illness. If I've got all that right then I don't see why we'd need a change in the law.

=8 More pessimistic than most.

That was hard to watch.

Once on the wing, Tadic/Mane never seem to want to cross first time, always stop with the ball, shuffle then cross. Doesn't give us any advantage.

Chelsea deserve to go bust.

Alexander Ostlund - Jesus without the miracles.
-
Grzegorz Rasiak - Lazy sod...oh he's scored!

A great point at Anfield. We deserved it as we kept the pressure on until the end. Good news that Clasie seems to be fitting in better now, and with Gaston in the mix again gives us plenty of options. Van Dijk continues to look like a super buy.
-
Clasie looked so out of his depth vs Leicester that I'm surprised he's starting.
-
This worries me. Not sure we are very good when being pressed.

You could always do a BBC Question Time thing where they pre-pick appropriate questions e-mailed from guests in advance. But then we'd probably have a more vociferous discussion about cherry picking and what was deemed "appropriate". I thought on the whole it was ok as it was, and the panel did pretty well. I didn't go but watched it on youtube.
-
Pretty obvious I didn't mean or say that. Move along sonny.

Oh and I'm glad the fans singing the "you're sh*t" song for long periods of the first half got it sung back at them at 2-2. Really should stop sing that, it's sh*t.
