Just back from the trip- an amazing few days with a really great bunch of saints fans. Nicola didnt make it, but to be honest I dot think anyone minded at all. If the foundation do a further trip I would really recommend going on it- the kenyans are wonderful people, and it is possible to make a difference in a short space of time.

with Redkrapp it was always me me me me me me - just listen to his interviews. Talked a load of carp about needing a whole new team when he arrived- the perfect way to undermine the confidence of a struggling squad. Will never forgive the way HE took us down. Nigel is a breath of fresh air (despite his cheesy cheeriness)

He was different class on Saturday- and seemed to have the energy of a 20 year old. Provided the link between midfield and RL that was really lacking by playing two identical central midfielders. Other option is to go back to good ol 4-5-1 with AL in behind RL.

very true, the possession football was generally good, but there were plenty of good midfield runs - esp from Chaplow - that were spurned for a safer, crossfield ball. Good, comfortable win though.
